Hotel is very nice with good food. In room onsen is the best. Only downside is no transportation between Noboribetsu Station to the hotel. Need to take the bus to hot spring street entrance and walk for 17 min which is not easy in winter time.

I like this hot spring hotel very much, the accommodation experience is great👍🏻. The dinner was delicious and so was the breakfast. Staff are polite. The hotel also offers free shuttle service from Sapporo to Noboribetsu. The lounge has beer.

I visited to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Best service. This place is known as one of the top three ryokans. First of all, the thing that is a bit disappointing is that the view from the public bath, open-air bath, and hot springs from the room is difficult to get a clear view because it is close to the mountains and other ryokans in the Noboribetsu area. You can think of this as the same for all ryokans in the Noboribetsu area. There are one or two ryokans near the sea or lake, but the food and service are far inferior to those here. I've been to famous hot spring villages and ryokans in Japan so far, and Voronoguchi was the best. The hot spring water is really good. It is said to be a flowing method. And the food was really, really delicious and the best. I was treated well and enjoyed it. I stayed for 2 nights and all the meals were different and I was really satisfied. There is a round-trip shuttle bus from the airport and Sapporo Station, and when traveling by JR rail, take a taxi from the station for about 2,900 yen and takes 15 minutes. I applied for hair crab via email two weeks ago for an additional fee of about 14,000 yen. It was really delicious. Breakfast is served alternately between Japanese and Western (French) dishes.

It pays great attention to privacy, except for the bus, it is almost difficult to meet other people, completely private space. There are only four rooms on the first floor. Although the restaurant is not in the room, there should be a separate dining room for each room. Because there are very few rooms in the entire hotel and there are almost no people in the public bathrooms, you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

The place is clean and beautiful, a good rest stop. I came here for the private hot springs. The dinner portion was a bit small. Noboribetsu Jigokudani is only about 10 minutes' walk away.

What really made our stay was our kaiseki dinner. The fusion between Japanese and French was well executed while still maintaining distinct Japanese characteristics. The rooms were large with in room onsen with a view of the wooded area beyond the car park.

This is a belated post. I stayed 1 night in this hotel in May 2018 and it was unforgettable. Each room is as big as an apartment, complete with lounge and private onsen in the bathroom. But I must warn that the bathroom windows have no shades and it looks out to the car park and forest (depending on which side of the hotel your room is). Overall, the rooms are big, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are luxurious. The breakfast is also delicious!

The food is excellent. All rooms have baths, and they are quite large. If you leave the window slightly open, the temperature is just right (I like it hot). The rooms are long and simple, but have a luxurious feel. Above all, the food is excellent. The quantity and quality are absolutely excellent. We stayed for five nights, and there were many variations and the food was very delicious. When we ordered something special, it was too much to eat. The price is good, but the food is excellent. We will definitely be staying here again and plan to use their services again next year.

From the entrance, it was a relaxing and adult-like inn. The rooms were spacious and lovely, and the bath in the room was filled with hot spring water. It's a luxury to be able to bathe in Noboribetsu's hot springs whenever you want. I went to the large public bath, but the bath in the room was large enough for about four people, and if you open the window, it becomes like an open-air bath, so I ended up bathing there many times. The lounge had coffee, orange juice, and cold draft beer, which was the best after a bath! The food was also delicious, using ingredients from Hokkaido, and the Yumepirika rice cooked in a clay pot was especially delicious. Most of the staff were young, but some were neat and attentive, which I really liked. It was an inn that I would like to visit again someday as a reward for my hard work.

I was very satisfied with being able to relax in the spacious room. There was also a private bedrock bath, so I was able to refresh both my body and mind. The food was beautifully presented and I enjoyed it very much.

I stayed here on July 15th. I had a great time from the time I arrived by car to the time I checked out. In particular, the woman who assisted us during the meal was very natural and considerate, and I think this improved the overall response of the hotel. I filled out the questionnaire, but my only regret was that the toilet in the room was not up to date. I stayed there after seeing some negative reviews, but I think that has been resolved. I felt the effort.
