Location was great. Room could be updated and we could hear guests in the room next to us and above us. Breakfast had a lot of offerings. Everything there. Unfortunately it was all pretty tasteless which was unfortunate as the display was great.

Food was very good, a lot to choose from offered meals. Room was ok, nice, bathroom a bit old and needs to be renovated, also the smell in bathroom was bit awfull. Beds were very good. Cleaning of room is everyday. Hotel is in woods so nights colud be a bit fresh. There are several beaches in the bottom of the hotel, so you can pick the one that is best sutiable for your needs. Beaches are very clean and sea is perfect!

I was with my daughter there few years ago, think 2020, but than Hotel name was Beli Kamnik, they gave us as always the room in the corner, because my place is 73=corner, but that was not a problem, I could hear in the room very laud noise because of the high voltage source of current , Box near the room. I couldnt turn on the Light in the bathroom, could hear the noise also. Just as the same as at my place of residence Sv Matej 73, Zagreb, laud noise in the elevator and internet connections were problematic, risky, phone routed to xy persons, someone called from Bosnia we could read out german number on the phone. I asked at the Reception to change the room immediately. I remembered, saw croatia police as always. Though such missunderstundig was very nice place to spend vaccation and food was delicious. It is quiet, my advise for family. Njivice is small place with very nice cristal sea water, it is also possible to visit Cres nearby, there are organized Boot Trips. What I find very annoying in Croatia are plastic bags and cups in the Supermarkt. I cant accept it because aware of the MICROPLASTIC environmental burden in the sea. Just forbidden and force people to take their own bags when go Shopping. Island Cres is beautiful. Nevenka Vukasinovic, Single mother

Amazing, quality service. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, speaking perfect english. Room itself was big, clean and fresh with a seaview from big balcony. Budget-friendly pricing is also a big plus. Huge restaurant with buffe dinner and breakfast.

Positive: helpful staff, delicious food Negative: old building, far away beach, nightmare parking, restaurant crowded "Comfort room" had tile floors everywhere. The building shows its age, repairs are needed (rusty showers, broken mirror frames, missing door panels etc.) . The restaurant was always crowded and the staff starts packing away the food at 20:30 when they close at 21:00 o'clock. The beach is a good 15-20 minute walk away if you want the less crowded spots. Parking is ridiculous (they want to fit 200 cars into 190 spots...so you have to hunt the free slots or improvise).

I have read many reviews about hotel and I can see why they go from 1 to 5 stars. So I'll try to separate it as much as possible to show my take on pros and cons. Hotel - has excellent location, near beach. It has playroom for kids with animators, big restaurant and nice bar. There are 3 big mostly shaded parking slots for your car. Annex to hotel where we were stationed needs renovation. Elevator screeches while going up and down, once it smelled like it has caught fire, doors were literary scratching while opening. Rooms are obviously old. Room – we have taken Comfort room. What you pay is what you get in terms of room benefits, but again, it needs renovation. Lock was moving back and forth while trying to unlock and they are loud when opening, it has some stains on walls, bath has old mold in it, which can only be physically removed. Beds are really uncomfortable. Furniture is simply old. Restaurant – it is big, there is room for everyone. You can sit indoors or on big balcony with mini playground for kids. Our biggest “fight” was to get child seat as there are not as nearly enough of those. We have had half board. Food is not the best but it is not bad either. There are always at least 15 different choices to pick from, and for the most part it is really tasty. Fact is that I have eaten excellent veal, but scrambled eggs next morning were bad. I did not believe you can mess up scrambled eggs, but someone has managed. They refill eaten food fast and often. Advice: either be the first one at the meal ( in other words 20 minutes before opening) or come at least half hour later. Coming at the first minute of opening means you will wait a lot, as people wait in big line. Additional note: in other reviews many have complained that restaurant is unorganized. I disagree. There are two lines for same meals but people (guests) are simply ignorant as.holes. Once grandpa was asking his granddaughter which gnocchi is watching her and they were picking ones which were watching her ( that lasted couple of minutes with 50 decent people waiting to get those gnocchi). Second time 40 ( forty) year old child was arguing with his mother if he should eat salad. Last one I promise, guy in front of me had only 3 pieces of meet left to pick from. He was picking waaaay too long, and then he was slowly moving chosen one in zig-zag line to corner to pick it up. Staff – staff is pleasant and helpful, but you can see on most of them that this is their first or second season. They are simply not as agile as more seasoned workers, but they try and do everything with smile on their faces.

Large hotel, very poorly managed. The only renovated part is the hall, the rest is still from the 70s. The room was in terrible conditions, the shower was full of mold, the doors were all ruined, in 2 days no one bothered to clean. The restaurant was poorly organized with the buffet wedged between the tables and people crowded together in line. Repetitive and low quality food. Private parking chaotic like everything else. A holiday to forget. Not recommended.

We had a family room with breakfast. First the negative: the rooms are in dire need of renovation, there is a gap by the entrance door that is almost a centimeter wide (all the way around), which is why you can hear everything from outside. In general, the rooms are very clean, but in some corners there is chipped plaster, broken tiles and the like. It looks like the rooms have not been changed since the 70s. Unfortunately, at breakfast there is only instant coffee, which tastes horrible. But now the positive: all the staff were very polite and friendly. The cleaners also said hello to everyone, which is not a given. As I said, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is huge. There is something for everyone there. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the beach. We had originally booked a comfort double room, but received a free upgrade to a family room on arrival.
