Booked through Jet2 22-29 April. Very smooth flights and transfer. Reception: Very friendly at all times. All inclusive package explained. Bags taken to our room for us. Room: Very clean and tidy. Towels changed daily. Separate shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall. Handwash/lotion by the sink. Our room had a shower over bath(less mobile may want to ask for just a shower?). Plenty of drawer/wardrobe space. Plenty of lighting. Balcony with table and 2 chairs (partially overlooking the sea). Safe was chargeable (3.5 euros per day) which seems expensive...we didn't use it. Aircon not turned on until June , so requested a fan. No TCMF in room (we took our own travel kettle and coffee/tea). Refillable water flask in room, water dispensers to fill it on every floor for free. Hairdryer in room. Spa: fantastic! I highly recommend the full body massage. Gym:did not use or see so can't comment. Pool area: very clean with fab sun loungers. Pool bar open with self service (coffee, wine,beer)/served drinks (cocktails etc). Some snacks available in the afternoon, but didn't seem to filled up if empty) Towels available with a refundable deposit (we took our own anyway). Beach /beach bar area: Lots of free sun loungers with tables and umbrellas (nice and quiet down there by the sea edge). Water was cold but refreshing to swim in , there are several step ladders available to get into the sea, you'll probably need wet shoes as it's quick rocky at first with a few sea urchins. The beach bar was only open for drinks during our 'out of season ' visit, but it looks like they would serve snacks in high season as the equipment is there ready. No table drinks service. Bahia Bar: Very pleasant area for a pre dinner drink. If there's a cocktail you specifically like ...I'm sure the lovely bar staff would do it for you, nothing is too much trouble here, it's a lovely view across the bay at night/day. Restaurant: this is the only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5. Self service wine/beer/coffee/soft drinks/water-all great. Buffet style dining. Breakfast/lunch/dinner. There was always plenty of choice, salad's/meat/cheese etc. Hot dishes/veg/fries/pasta/pizza/ice cream/cakes/fruit. As usual when hotels are catering for the tourist masses, you're always gonna find some bland tasting dishes. I do think that the dishes here could have been more adventurous , we had a lovely spicy beef stew on a day trip we did, but never found this at the hotel, I think if there is a national dish at all, it could be served here. The staff are fabulous, always clearing /filling buffet up/making sure everywhere is clean. The hotel got busier as our week progressed, therefore so did the restaurant, I'm not sure there would be enough tables to accommodate everyone at high season (at one time) . Entertainment: Excellent team here. We don't usually get involved, but we did the music quiz a couple of times (great fun), tried archery and boules We never watched the evening entertainment 9-11pm at ou
