Самый ужасный отель, в котором приходилось останавливаться. Слава богу, что на одну ночь! С июня под окнами отеля идет стройка, об этом никто не сообщил. Кондиционера не было, интернет и телевизор работали через раз, фумигатор от комаров лежал пустой, в номере не убрано - полы очень грязные, везде пыль, в душе грязь. Ремонту уже много лет. В самом дорогом номере не закрывается дверь в туалет, она распухла от воды! Из канализации пахло просто отвратительно, насос качает воду громко. Цена неоправданная, поверили хорошим отзывам, очень зря….

В общем отель понравился, чисто, расположен в тихом месте, спать хорошо, завтраки прекрасные, на любой вкус, кофе нормальный Проживала с ребёнком 12 лет, ему тоже всё понравилось.Будем рекомендовать знакомым, поскольку отель рядом с центром по адекватной цене.Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Хороший отель в центре города. Номер просторный и чистый. В отеле есть питьевая вода и термопот, а также завтрак. В номере был хороший матрас, чистые стаканы, а также быстрый Wi-fi. Администратор рассказала как добраться к Усадьбе Рукавишникова, и где лучше погулять в городе.

В отеле нет парковки, описание ложное, вокруг отеля только платные не охраняемые муниципальные парковки. Так же в номере не было кондиционера, не смотря на описание и ещё сеток на окнах и средств от комаров. За такое жильё цена не адекватно высока. Не посоветую и больше, конечно, не приеду к ним.

Очень понравилось расположение :5 минут до метро, 20 минут до Кремля. Пешком можно дойти до очень красивой улицы. Сам номер небольшой, но не кажется крошечным. В номере фен, холодильник, телевизор. Персонал доброжелательный.
