Excellent hotel, clean linen, comfortable mattresses (we had two separate beds, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom (refilled if used), disposable razors and shaving gel, cotton pads, sticks in separate packaging, soap, body cream, shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner, all in dispensers. Kettle, ironing board, iron. Excellent breakfasts - three types of juice, two types of porridge, several types of hot, chicken broth, cheeses for snacks, cold meats, red fish, vegetables, pastries, in general, excellent, if I am in Nizhny Novgorod again, I will gladly choose the hotel again

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Breakfast is decent! The staff is friendly, the maids are nice and smiling. But, for 7000 rubles per night, there are some questions about the services. After 22:30, you will not be fed there, except for alcohol and snacks. Room service - food delivery to the room is not available. Therefore, if you like this, then know that it is not there. There is no minibar in the rooms. Which is also strange for 5 stars. Everyone has their own preferences. I described what is important to me, and what I am willing to pay for. It is a Hilton, after all!
