朝9時になると目の前のネフスキー大聖堂から鐘の音が聞こえ、200メートル先には大河ボルガが流れる雰囲気がある環境の中のホテルです。 市内中心ではありませんが、観光名所は徒歩圏にあり、更に駅へも歩いて行けるある意味、ニジニ・ノヴゴロドを戦略的に観光するにはよい場所にあります。 建物は屋根裏部屋があるレンガ造りの2階建てで、ポツンと佇むその姿からは、まるでソ連時代に建てられた哀愁が周囲に発せられているようです。 古びたドアを開けると貴族の屋敷を彷彿させるロビーが広がりました。ロビーに置かれたソファー、テーブル、展示品は年代を感じるものから、最近のものまであり、見ていて飽きません。 スタッフはだれもにこやかなうえ親切で、面倒見がよいロシア人を改めて感じることができるでしょう。なお、スタッフはロシア語が苦手な私に対して、英語でコミュニケ―ションをとろうとし、とても助かりました。 清掃が隅々まで行き届いているのはもちろん、廊下には共用のアイロンとウォーターサーバー、そしてなんとヨーロッパのホテルにしては珍しく、バスルームには歯ブラシもありました。なお、ドライヤー、ガウン、スリッパなどは当然のように用意されています。 無料の朝食は、前日にネットから予約します。翌朝、予約した時間にレストランのテーブル席に着くと、とても美味しい料理を一皿ずつスタッフが運んでくれます。明らかにビュッフェスタイルとは異なる、高いサービスを受けることができます。 なお、このレストランでは週末の朝食と夕食時に生演奏があります。ピアノを調べを聴きながら、気持ちよいサービスを受け、美味しい料理をいただくと、贅沢な気分になること間違いありません。 到着時には無料の珈琲と4種類のチョコレート、最後の日の朝食時に無料のサンドイッチ、ケーキ、リンゴ、ジュースが入った紙袋をいただきました（多謝）。 これだけのサービスと宿泊料から評価すると、私にしては珍しく５中５になりました。

Отличный отель,прекрасно расположен. Вид на Кремль , у двух великих рек. Сервис великолепный, дружественный персонал, завтрак можно выбирать неограниченное количество блюд. В отеле чисто и комфортно. Живая музыка в ресторане. Кухня интересная и вкусная. Рекомендуем

Вновь были в отеле в конце сентября 2023 года. В Нижнем бываем периодически и в этот раз решили для разнообразия поменять отель. Но были последние теплые выходные и все приличные отели были заняты. В нашем любимом "Никитине" тоже не было номеров бизнес и полулюкс. Пришлось взять единственный люкс, который с большим балконом на углу. Номер шикарный, даже жалко брать такой на короткое время. Зря только убрали с балкона столик со стульями и заменили их двумя висячими неудобными креслами, видимо уже готовились к зиме. Но на улицу было больше 20 градусов тепла и хотелось вечером посидеть на свежем воздухе. В номере была приветственная бутылка шампанского и десерты. Завтраки как всегда на высоте, но в этот раз что-то не так было с маслом на котором готовили омлет и забыли принести к блинчикам начинки. И парковка в этот раз была переполнена, но нам разрешили поставить машину прямо под балконом у летнего ресторана. Все это я думаю поправимо. Оценку снижать не буду. Читал отрицательные отзывы, но с таким не сталкивались.

Номер в меру просторный, санузел немного тесноват, горячая вода чуть поавает в пиковое время. Но персонал и уют на высшем уровне. В номере сразу было множество сладостей как комплимент. Завтраки по безлимитному меню очень вкусные. А при выезде сами дали ланчбоксы. Вобщем рекомендую.

Не рекомендую снимать номер в данной гостинице. Поясняю. Я приступила ко сну, сон был неплохой. На утро я проснулась с зудом на шее, далее оказалось что все мое тело покрылось красными пятнами , которые жутко чесались . Если хотите испортить себе командировку, отпуск, романтичный вечер. Вам Никитин!

Плюсы отеля: расположение, стилистика, сравнительно неплохая еда на заказ (то, что не включено стоимость), парковка. Минусы: 1. Wi-Fi. Его можно сказать нет. Если удастся подключится, то скорость не больше 400 кбит, но и это не постоянно. Работать с ноутбука/телефона нереально. 2. Обслуживание. Большая часть персонала ходит с такими лицами, как будто они случайно сюда попали и ждут, когда уже их отпустят домой. Единственный, кто вел себя правильно, - Владислав и еще две девушки на ресепшене. 3. Вентиляция. Ее нет. Осенью/зимой окна не откроешь надолго, потому что холодно. В итоге, сидите с несвежим воздухом до прогулки. В туалете, к слову, ее так же нет. 4. Отопление включили только к вечеру. 5. Уровень частоты пола: не для ползания ребенка. Местами откровенная грязь, которую просто не захотели убрать, вроде клочков волос, кусков бумаги (обычно где от в дальних углах, под столом, за диваном, где тяжелее дотянуться). 6. Напор горячей воды плохой. Если вы любите тепло-горячий душ, вам не повезло. 7. Мало доступных розеток. Всего по 2 на каждую сторону кровати. Все. Больше по комнате их нет. Только если отключить телевизор и приемник. 8. Запах затхлости от занавесок. Вряд ли их стирали последнее время.

Не люблю писать плохие отзывы, но здесь решил написать, чтобы те, кто будет рассматривать этот отель, понимали, что картинки на сайте отличаются от реальной ситуации. Отель необоснованно дорогой. За сутки с меня взяли 12300. Бронировал на 3 суток, но как только заселился, решил съезжать и переехал в другой отель. В номере грязно, грибок в ванной, мебель старая и затертая, постельное белье ужасное, старое и застиранное. И еще: на сайте отеля мой номер был заявлен как 28 м2. По факту - там 20 метром, максимум 22, но никак не 28. На полу во всем номере плитка, что в санузле, что в зоне кровати. Планировка номера неудачная, по-сути прихожая с верхней одеждой - она же спальня. Стоимость не соответствует!

Ох уж эти ковры персидские, ноги так и тонут в нем, в этом отеле так и чувствуешь себя правителем этого мира, роскошь и лучший сервис встречают с порога, жена долго не могла успокоиться столь великолепному ложу, проверено - не сломалось!
