Word terrible cannot explain quality of this hotel. From breakfast to customer relationship is the worst experience I have ever had. I believe that even 3 star hotels can give you better experience. Terrible, worst experience ever!!!!!!

The typical business hotel, locations is excellent, service is good. The food at the main restaurant was very good, but the waiters and the meals were taking some time to arrive at the table… Bedrooms are standard, with good view of the Kremlin, but nothing too impressive in terms of decoration and details. I would recommend this hotel.

We were passing through, stayed for 1 night. We chose this hotel because of the parking space and location. We really liked everything, they wrote to us that we should go straight to the garage, and from there take the elevator up for registration. The girls are lovely!!!!! Checked in quickly, compliments on a glass of sparkling wine, very nice. Offers help with any issue. The room is nice, clean, for which we love chain hotels. The bed is a fairy tale, the linen is crisp. We slept like marshmallows 🤗. The location is generally the bomb, we walked, had dinner, drove around the city on the 21 Volga / you will definitely use it. Sergey is a clever man /. The breakfast is wonderful: live music, a delight for the ears. Good selection and very tasty. Sparkling wine again 😊 a good start to the day!!!! Of course I recommend this hotel, and as I read in previous reviews, take off the “crown” and enjoy life!!!!!!

We stayed at the hotel from October 5 to 6, 2024. Complete disappointment! The hotel does not meet the 5* level. Firstly, a priori 5 stars include a spa area. Here, it is absent in any form.
