The hotel staff are very friendly, but the hotel itself does not meet the price/quality ratio, it is strange that it is considered the best in Nizhny Novgorod. Five-star hotels do not have a spa, and sauna is not good, the front desk can call massage, but only external staff. The worst thing in the room is the bathroom threshold. You can mess it up. There is no carpet in the bathroom, and the bathroom door is sliding and shaking, and it either closes tightly or doesn't close. Room service is long enough. The interior and design of the hotel is cool.

Ну, что сказать... в целом отель произвел благоприятное впечатление. Расположен в пешей доступности от исторического центра города. Номера ухоженные, чистые, всё в исправном состоянии. Неплохие, хоть и не сказать, что-б прям шикарные, завтраки. В ресторане отеля можно, при желании, и пообедать, и поужинать по вполне вменяемым ценам. Есть собственный паркинг для гостей. С общественным транспортом всё много хуже: рядом с отелем останавливается лишь один автобус, да и тот ходит с полутора-двухчасовыми интервалами. Персонал отзывчивый, вежливый, но при этом не навязчивый. Убирались хорошо, запас шампуней и гелей в ванной пополняли регулярно. Из недостатков (а у кого их нет?) отмечу лишь один: в отеле везде, и в номере, и в коридорах, несмотря на вроде бы выключенное отопление, было довольно жарко и даже душновато. В результате в номере приходилось включать довольно шумный кондиционер, хотя на улице жары отнюдь не было.

Проживали в этой гостинице 4 ночи. Начитавшись положительных отзывов решили, что хорошое место. Жили в люксе. По приезду был комплимент ( у них это так называется) в виде двух маленьких бутылок воды. Больше в люкс воду не приносили, было заявлено, что вода в кулерах на этаже, однако, за все время нашего проживания кулеры были пустыми. На выходные администрация решила себя не озадачивать такими мелочами, так как гостями были, в основном, дети и гости фестиваля. В номере были банные принадлежности, которые, однако, не пополнялись. Это в люксе, боюсь представить, что было в обычных номерах. Завтрак- если хотите поесть, приходите с 07-08, позже ничего не останется, один раз пришли к 09:00, на завтраке осталась яичница, сухие колечки и холодная, одинокая сосиска , плавающая в кастрюле🤮. Обеды -холодные. Работа ресторана- отдельная история. У ребенка был день рождения, за три!!! дня заказали сладости для детей. Нам пообещали и НИЧЕГО НЕ СДЕЛАЛИ. Совсем. Отношение к гостям, что называется, налицо. Заказали шарики на утро воскресения. На ресепшен была странная девица, которая отказалась нам отдать оплаченные шары, заявив, что наверх их она не понесет, а в руки не отдаст. Чем руководствовалась , не понятно . День рождения ребенка был испорчен. Отвратительное место, халатное, наплевательское отношение к гостям. Гостиница совсем не тянет на 4 звезды, администрация не выполняет свои обязанности. Персонал носит бейджики только на английском языке, возможно, администрация считает, что для 4 звезд этого достаточно и не стоит заморачиваться об остальном. Стыд и позор.

I booked a single room with breakfast, and it wasn't expensive. The room was clean and there were all conveniences. The breakfast also was good. The location of the hotel is perfect: it is located in the city centre and you can reach Kremlin and other sights of the city on foot, and it is certainly the place with the best sunsets in the city, they're really wonderful. The only disappointing thing was that the wi-fi was a bit slow in the room.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful, spacious rooms, smiley, kind staff at all levels. Cleaning and changing clothes always in time and quality. A large, spacious bathroom with a bath (which was important to me as it stopped for a long time, three weeks).
