This is an inn located near the east port of Sakushima. From the room, we could see the port and the "East House," a masterpiece of Sakushima art. It was raining on the day we arrived, but the rain stopped in the evening and we could see a beautiful sunset. Dinner was simple and delicious island food, and the famous large clams were rich and tasty. We were also able to rent a bicycle and go around the island, so we had a comfortable stay.

This is a guesthouse located about 5 minutes from the east port of Sakushima. You can stay the night or just come for a meal. It is located on a slight hill, so you can look down on the sea while eating. I ordered a sashimi set meal, and the fish was fresh and delicious, but the rice was not warm at all, which was disappointing.
