Snow and moon

This is the most comfortable, convenient and unforgettable hotel experience in this trip: as soon as the order was placed, we received a warm reminder from the housekeeper, telling us how to contact him and adding WeChat. Because it was the first time to go to Japan, six elderly people (the oldest was 69 years old and the youngest was 59 years old) were traveling independently, and they were still a little nervous. As soon as they saw that the housekeeper was Chinese, they asked a lot of questions. Regardless of whether they had any relationship with Xueyue, the housekeeper was very patient, meticulous and thoughtful to give answers and suggestions. On the day before the check-in date, we received a detailed check-in guide, including a route map after arriving in Osaka, so that we could check in very smoothly. It goes without saying that it is clean and tidy, and the key is that the space is very large, which completely subverts the concept that Japanese accommodation is very small. The rooms on the three floors are reasonably arranged and comfortable. Each floor has a room with a big bed and a room with tatami, which gives us those who have bad waists and don’t like to sleep on soft beds a choice. The toilet, bathroom, and kitchen are very well equipped, with electronics, stoves, pots and pans. The small garden on the first floor and the large terrace on the third floor add a lot to Xueyue. Snacks and mineral water on the table, traffic maps and guides on the wall, laundry dew drops, branded shampoo, conditioner and shower gel next to the washing machine, and even unopened toothpaste all reflect the care and consideration for the guests. The transportation around Setsukgetsu is very convenient. It is very close to Tennoji Station, Zoo-mae Station, and Shin-Imamiya Station to take various subways, and it takes 8-10 minutes to walk. There are two Yuru supermarkets about 300 and 500 meters away, respectively, which are very convenient for buying vegetables, fruits, eggs, various meats, and milk. The place where Yuru supermarket is located is also a bar street, where you can go to drink and sing karaoke at night. The most touching thing is that it rained on the day we left. We were supposed to check out at 10 am, but under the coordination of the housekeeper, we stayed there until 5 pm before leaving Setsukgetsu for the airport. It was very touching! Setsukgetsu is a treasure hotel. I will definitely stay at Setsukgetsu if I go to Osaka again in the future, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. The entire homestay has three floors, 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 shower rooms. It is very spacious and equipped with 3 induction cookers, pots, dishes, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and detergent. The bathroom has toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The overall cost performance is very high. In addition, it is less than 10 minutes' walk from Exit 14 of Tennoji JR Station and the bus stop to Itami Airport, and the transportation is also very convenient. I am very satisfied with this stay.
