As Ctrip’s highest black diamond customer. I really went from loving this hotel to being extremely disappointed! I have stayed here about 6 times since 2017, totaling 1 million yen. Negative review 1) The 1st and 2nd time I stayed at this hotel, the waiter will wait for you in the station parking lot to help you with your luggage & now there is no farewell service when you check out! Difference! Negative review 2) Due to the heavy rain in Tokyo, the driver had to arrive at Izu after 11 o'clock, so we discussed with the hotel to delay check-out for one hour! I also stated that I have checked in many times and am a regular customer and have spent over one million yen. The answer I received was (咩desi) that I can only sit in the lobby and wait and check out one minute late and the calculation starts at 2,000 yen per hour! Bad review 3) The Kaiseki restaurant has Indian waiters! And there is a female Indian who has very strong body odor! Go meet this woman! The memory is still fresh! Negative review 4) Since the Kaiseki cuisine with my parents on the second day was all raw food, I talked to the waiter about whether I could add a small pot and cook it myself (beat) I said that I have a problem with eating now, can you help me communicate (beat) After giving me money (baa), I finally called a friend who could speak Japanese and after a long conversation, he gave me a pot! And tell me that my friend was only willing to give me one because he called me to communicate! Get rid of your service industry, okay? Bad review 5) There are bugs in the room, the facilities are old and the food is not as good as before. It must have been bought by Indians.

The soup pool is okay, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. There are also mosquitoes in winter. The dinner set meal was okay, but the a la carte Ise lobster was not fresh, but processed and chilled. The waiter told me that it was sent from the processing plant. Said it can be eaten raw or grilled. The result is a soft and chewy texture. The reaction tells me that this is fresh, so is the freshness standard of this store that low?

The hotel is not as good as domestic express hotels. It is not clean, there are spiders, the glass in the room is full of dust, there are as many spider webs outside the private soup room as a pigsty, and the breakfast is inaccessible. Highly not recommended. The view is okay

The hotel is very old. It takes 10-15 minutes to turn on the hot water in the room. The Chinese and Indian waiters are very average and gave a lot of wrong information. I later asked the local waiter to correct many things.

The hotel that should be given zero points has stayed in more than 100 hotels in Japan that are much cheaper than this. I have lived in such a dirty one-park, two-food meal. This is the first time I have encountered it because the traffic is very inconvenient. To go to the nearest station, you have to take a bus. There is no way to leave for more than an hour, or I will give up and book another one and flee immediately. There are dusty fake floral cloths everywhere, and there are stains everywhere. The old gray switches are sticky. The road is the same as going to the garbage dump, and I saw cockroaches, disgusting and dead. Ctrip shows that it was renovated in 2005. I saw that only the air conditioner was changed. There are refurbished rooms. This is not the cheapest room. Cleaning up for Indians or Pakistanis does not wipe the ashes at all. The color of the vegetables is not right. Take a bite and walk out. There is a convenience store on the right. There is one to save the other. Don’t come here. I am now in Yinshuizhuang. Japan's biggest failure in booking rooms, deceived by fake pictures and false reviews

Very good value for money, breakfast and dinner included, the room is old but clean. You can reserve a private bath in advance. The location of the private bath has a great view.

The very Japanese-style hotel is located on the seaside. It takes about 5 minutes to walk after getting off the Dojima bus. It is within walking distance of Kaihama Park, Tenzo Cave, cruise ship terminal and Sanshiro Island. It rained heavily on the day we arrived, so the boss was very considerate and took the initiative to make a reservation for an open-air private bath by the sea. It was authentic. At night, looking at the deep night sky and listening to the waves hitting the rocks, I was completely relaxed. However, if you are timid, it would be a little scary to bathe alone. . When checking in, choose the time for breakfast and dinner. The boss will tell you the room number. Go to the restaurant on time. There is the sea outside the window. The tableware is ready. The room number is placed on the dining table. The Japanese food is fresh and rich. What is inconsistent is that the waiter was replaced by an Indian. When I left the next day, the lights were turned off before I left the house, and the Japanese style and thoughtfulness of the past were missing.

I like it very much. It has a sense of magic, similar to Game of Thrones movie scenes.
