The hotel is extremely disappointing and not worth the price. The heating is inadequate, there’s no internet, and the food quality is poor with a repetitive menu. The café is rarely open, and even when it is, there’s no staff available to prepare anything—it seems to exist only for show.

Worst place to stay here . We have visited multiple places but never been into such disgusting hotel. They just have a building which doesn't even provide basis facilities like hot water and food was pathetic. We have kids with us and office staff could not even able to provide basic food like milk, oats or porridge. It was getting really painful to stay there for 5 days when our kids were hungry and they were not able to provide them the good food

We are three couples stay in The hotel grand mahal -this is old property air condition are very poor and old . front side rooms are thik thak Foods are good service good 😊 staffs are very friendly fan also not working required so much renovation

Mr. Aleem F & B Manager food was good about service was excellent and Housekeping Zahid gave excellent service during our stay in the hotel for two days and service in is very good rooms y and service of housekeeping is very good in night all staff members are good thanks Zahid

Wow 🤩 u feel the greatest experience here like delicious food , well located, very hygienic food and room and familiar atmosphere, polite staff big thinks..mr Aijaz pandith (a staff member) such a sweet and nice guy he always there for help❣️❣️👍

The rooms and the ambience of the Hotel is very good. It was as expected. The heating facility is excellent. Thank you very much Mr Ashiq Pandit & Mr Nadeem for the hospitatality. The Food was served in the room itself even before the request. The hot water facility as promised. Overall the stay is fantastic. will visit again in summer :)

We had such An amazing time here. This was all worth it. The hospitality, staff, food everything was excellent. The last three days in Srinagar was totally worth staying here. I would highly recommend this place for your wonderful stay. They would make you feel at home.
