Great hotel with Onsen and live music every night. Ping pong and pool tables. A workout room. Great all you can eat breakfast that rotates offerings every morning. I would stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights for a snowboard trip. Free hotel shuttle to 2 ski areas was essential. Buffet breakfast was excellent along with the forest views. The dinner buffet was a good alternative to travelling to the dining spots in the centre of Niseko. Hotel staff were very helpful in advising on transport options in view of a blizzard, and provided regular updates on the situation.

Very old and not clean and very small and ski is not good. We have to drive to another ski to play and we are disappointed

Second time to this hotel as we really love our stay during our first trip to Niseko. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though it’s not a ski-to-door hotel, shuttle service was provided to a few of the nearby ski place. They also offer shuttle service to Kutchan or Niseko train station, and getting to the hotel from the airport is really convenient via the Hokkaido Resort Liner.

Came here during a wrong timing. The place we’re prepare for winter session. Nothing much to do except stay in hotel for the hot spring. Overall the hotel is ok :)

It's very convenient to come here after skiing. It's just a short drive away.
Dinner is great don't miss it
The staff are very kind
The surrounding environment is very comfortable

It was a little disappointing that there were no bottled water in the fridge. The complimentary kelp rice crackers in the room were delicious. After the bath, there were popsicles and coffee (both self-service) in the lounge, so I had some coffee on my way out. In the evening, there was live ukulele and guitar music in front of the front desk, which was really good. It was the best part of my stay. It lasted about an hour and was very relaxing. There were a variety of souvenirs for sale in the shop, which was nice. We bought matching chopsticks for my husband and I as a memento. The service at the restaurant in the evening was also polite, and we were recommended Inca no Mezame (Inca's Awakening), which was simple and delicious.

The location is relatively remote, but the view is great and the breakfast is plentiful. This is my second stay. The hot springs are very comfortable, and you can go to many ski resorts in Niseko.
