Room not clean, very dusty

The staff very kind , when check out and check in to Northern Annupuri hotel, they arranged shuttle to send us upon requested.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The service was great, food was delicious and onsen was wonderful. The hotel is located just a few mins walk from the Annupuri ski area and bus stop is right in front of the hotel so everything is perfect. I will definitely come back.

Very quiet boutique onsen hotel , outdoor onsen is super nice

The hotel is very good, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious. The only thing is that you can't slide in or out. You have to carry your skis and walk 400-500 meters to the ski resort. I'm very satisfied with everything else.

Eating breakfast in a snow-covered forest is truly a wonderful experience. The hotel’s dinner was one of the few Japanese set meals we had during this trip, and it was very sumptuous. Breakfast is a semi-buffet with few choices. There is a small ski resort not far from the hotel. There is no experience in the large bathing area.

I'm glad that everyone at the hotel treated us very kindly. If you have an early dinner, you'll be very satisfied with the one-drink service and all-you-can-eat salmon roe for breakfast. I would like to use it again.

The room booked in the hotel is super large, more than enough for four people (two beds and two bunks on the floor) The room comes with a large reception room, which is really comfortable to play cards with friends all night. The hotel also provides hot springs which is a great experience. Just 3 minutes' walk down there is a place where you can rent ski equipment, which is very convenient!

It's super convenient to go to the ski resort and the hotel rooms are quite satisfactory. Breakfast and dinner are a bit simple.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is convenient. It only takes 5-10 minutes to go skiing. I felt warm and varied. The dinner was rich and varied. Unfortunately, the wooden restaurant that served roast pork has closed.

A very wonderful trip. On the last day, the hotel manager specially sent us to the bus shuttle shop. Perfect hot springs and delicious dinner. See you next year.

The location of the hotel is good. It is within walking distance from the ski resort. It's very convenient. The room and the window view are so beautiful. The interior is very beautiful. We sat at JR Niseko Station. After getting off the bus, we couldn't get a taxi or bus, so we called It was very convenient to pick me up from the front desk of the hotel. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He also drove us to the JR station when we were leaving. The breakfast and dinner served were very Japanese style, which was quite rich. It is suitable for those who want to try or like Japanese food. I didn’t see the hotel’s outdoor hot springs because of the cold weather. There is a bathroom in the room but no shower room. You have to take a bath in the hotel’s public shower. It’s not a big problem if you can accept it. My room type has tatami mats and is quite well equipped.

We booked two 4 people family Mountain View rooms, 4nights for Niseko snowboarding, 5 minutes walking to Annupuri ski field. The stay was literally perfect, rooms were huge and clean, 10/10, can’t believe it is a 3 star hotel? (Correct me if I’m wrong), in my opinion the service and rooms were at least 4-4.5 star standard. The dinner was nice, the onsen was nice too but they let ppl do day visit onsen so it can be a bit packed, it was the only part I didn’t like. Btw the soft cone at the bar was way too good.

We (6 of us) and another family of 3 were the only people in the hotel . Some of the rooms have a bathtub while others do not have a shower or bathtub . Beware when you are booking the rooms . The rooms are very clean and come with two twin beds . No water is offered in the room . However the lounge on ground level do provide whole day coffee , matcha and ice water. There are also two massage chairs in the lounge which opens till midnight . Wifi is good . Onsens - a beautiful outdoor onsen overlooking out to the pine trees and two indoor onsens. Because there were so few of us ( probably low season for them) , the onsen did have an exclusive feel. Dinner was kaiseki. Delicious and amount was adequate . Breakfast was also set Japanese . Quite lovely . There are short trails around the hotel leading to a forest . There was also a distillery nearby . Do try out the alcohol .
