The hotel is porfessional and all staff are friendly, greeting each time they see you - it does make a difference to the feel of the hotel to have friendly staff.
I didnt understand the set-up at first, but now that Ive seen it I can help clarify - there are several hotels in the area that share a central location called Niseko Village and Pure activities - Hilton and another hotel open up directly onto these two areas within a 2 min walk. The Pure activities include the adventurous outdoor fun like the tree walk.
There is also a shuttle bus that runs several times a day to some key locations and is great if you dont have a car.
I also just want to thank Trip.com for helping me. I initially booked a different hotel but it did not go well and Trip.com reperesentatives (Lexi) really helped me and put me at ease when I was starting to worry that I wouldnt have a place to spend the night for our family.

Had a wonderful stay here. View of Mount Yotei from the room was the highlight. The free onsen was also a draw. Staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive and helpful.

Beautiful room. Clean and comfortable bed.Got it at a very good deal from trip.com. Room facing mountain, beautiful view. Love the complimentary canned water. There is a convenience store inside the hotel. There is shuttle goimg to nearest train station and supermarkets..Overall, very satisfied with the room.

I had an excellent experience at Hilton Niseko Village! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with super friendly staff making us feel right at home. The hotel’s restaurant was fantastic — delicious food with a great atmosphere.
What truly stood out was the impressive level of customer service throughout our stay. I’d like to give a special mention to one staff member, Winter Song, who went above and beyond to take care of us. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our stay extra memorable. She provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niseko!

Lovely place to stay. Management needs to upgrade the hotel to be worthy of the brand Hilton. Its gotten a bit old le. Nice view of mount yotei

The service is average and I definitely expected more from the brand name. There is no water provided. When requested through room service, 3 bottles were delivered. And again no water on the 2nd day. Many restaurants in the hotel was closed and only have 2 choices. The restaurant service is good. Other than that the rest is per expectation. We got the room we booked and it was clean. Location is good.

Location was good, where the ski is in-front of the hotel. Free Shuttle bus every 30mins to Hirafu and Kutchan JR station. Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom is super outdated, not clean enough. Rooms are very big! Outdoor onsen was the best!!
