Niseko Hotels with Gym

The experience was great. The location of the hotel is super convenient for family like ourselves. It takes little time to access both Annapuri and Hirafu. We didn't have enough time to try the slopes at Niseko Village though. The hotel is clean, and sufficient, since we spend most of the time in town / on slopes. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and make sure the information we got from them are accurate. I think this is very important. The hotel has its own hot spring and spa facilities which are bonus. It gives us a chance to relax after hitting the slopes for all day. Breakfast was great, variety was extensive, but it gets a little boring after 5 days eating the same food. The flavors were great and spot on though, no complains on the taste-side.

The staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

Just right next to Annupuri skiing place, with ski rental and locker for hotel guests just within the hotel. Restaurant offers great choice of options and a nice lounge offering great view and drinks. The hotel room has a stunning view too, the only comment is it would be better if hotel can upgrade the linen and charger to include usb hub by the bed side.

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

The hotel is very old, and some facilities are old, but the tatami room is very suitable for children or multiple people. I was worried that the bathroom was not enough for three people, but I took a hot spring bath every day. The hot spring is directly connected to the first floor. It is said to have a history of 100 years. The hot spring water is great. My body feels smooth after the bath. I am tired from skiing every day, and I sleep well after the hot spring bath. The hotel restaurant buffet is very simple in the morning and evening. The special dinner needs to be booked 3 days in advance, so I didn’t eat it. But there is a restaurant 5 minutes away from the hotel, turn right, and there is a kind of grilled beef mixed with sauce in Figure 6 and Figure 7. It is super delicious. It is crowded with foreigners during the ski season. It is best to make a reservation. Otherwise, you can only eat it after 20:00 in the evening. His special plum wine is also very delicious. Excellent capsules, clean, large public environment, wider than the average Japanese style hotel. The restaurant on the first floor is very, very delicious. It's not like a normal restaurant on the ice field. There are washing machines, dryers, vending machines, refrigerators, and it is very convenient to live. What's more, it is a snow field when going out. Although it is a small snow field, but there are few people, it is suitable for beginners. It can be reached in a few minutes by bus in the morning. The place to rent skis is just opposite, so convenient

Stayed for six nights. The room was very clean. The service attitude was very good. Dinner was a traditional Japanese set meal. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. My wife was pregnant and couldn't eat raw food, so the menu was changed. I was allergic to seafood later, so the menu was also changed. One day I missed dinner and went to Annupuri North for a buffet. I felt that the ingredients were not as fresh as this hotel. Maybe because of the buffet, the taste was also heavy. There were not many things for breakfast, but the cakes were amazing. I felt that they could be comparable to some dessert shops. There were several kinds of cakes. The hot spring scenery was good, there was an outdoor hot spring in the middle of the forest, the atmosphere was very good, and there was a lounge with massage chairs, drinks and so on. Then the room was praised for two large pots of water every day. The room is estimated to be about 30 square meters, and it doesn't feel like the 19 square meters mentioned on Ctrip. It takes 5 minutes to ski to Annupuri. Annupuri ski resort is relatively small but less crowded. Every day, we go to the top and then ski to Hirafu. One day, the windy cable car did not reach the top, so we could only ski in Annupuri, unless we took a bus to go there. Please pay attention to this. Overall good reviews, I will continue to choose next time.
