On our way back to Northern Europe we stayed in that hotel. We arrived quite late and booked 2 roos for a family of 3 ... and a dog. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist very effective. I was surprised to see that we were able to get 2 rooms that communicated one with the other, while we did the reservation the same day of our arrival. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Located a couple of miles from the A10 highway, it is also close to a shopping center with several restaurants. Definitely a good option on you way to the South or back to the North.

Ibis Niort East Mendes is usually stop point for me 3 or 4 nights per year. The last 2 stays were very bad experiences. The last one in July 2022, i had a reservation for one room with two single beds (travelling with a family member). However the room made available had one bed for 2 guests. The reservation had been made ànd paid for one month in advance and in spite my complaints at the hotel reception, no other room was made available, or alternative offered. I was told that no other rooms were available and that my reservation had been dealt by an estagiare that did not pay enough attention to it when allocating the room type. This excuse by it self is already chocking. Also, being a silver member of the Accor fidelity card, a voucher for drinks should be offered, this was not the case.

Accueil parfait, chambre propre et bien agencée, piscine chaude (une douche et deux transats) avec vestiaire en face. La salle de sport est équipée d’un tapis de course, un vélo d’appartement, un vélo elliptique, une télévision, une barre de traction. Il y a un bar avec un billard (2€) et juste à côté un restaurant la vache et un sel Arte avec réduction de 10% sur la note. Les chambres sont bien insonorisés avec vue sur la zone commerciale et la ville au loin.

Très bon hôtel Chambre spacieuse avec une salle d’eau digne de nom Situé dans une zone commerciale avec plusieurs restaurants - très pratique le soir quand on ne veut pas aller trop loin pour diner C’est une étape incontournable pour nous lorsque nous remontons du sud pour aller en Bretagne Mention particulière pour le personnel qui se trouve à la réception

Accueil charmant, quel plaisir! Chambres vastes, fonctionnelles, propres, modernes. Bon lit, insonorisation parfaite. Internet facile. Pas de machine à café, de boîte de Kleenex, de chocolats ou bonbons en guise de bienvenue, rien quoi. Salle de bains en rotomoulé: c’est la rentabilité d’abord. Petit déjeuner correct, petits ramequins pour ne pas gaspiller, bonne ambiance, personnel toujours agréable mais il faut ramener son plareau, comme au MacDo…. A la fin c’est l’équipe de l’hotel qui humanise l’ensemble.

Chambre réservée par l'appli All accor la veille et confirmée par un mail MAIS pas chambre à l'arrivée et hôtel COMPLET sauf pour moi. Première fois que cela m'arrive et c'est très désagréable. Proposition de changer pour La grange eux ils ont de la place. Incompréhensible je vous laisse méditer sur le bug informatique qui vous déplace votre réservation de 24 h. Faites attention ça peut vous arriver !

Joli hôtel propre et net, insonorisation satisfaisante idem pour la climatisation. personnel très sympathique et avenant. Quelques bémols sur les prix qui changent à vitesse grand V, attention aux glissades dans l’ascendeur dues aux minis flaques d'eau laissées par les utilisateurs de la piscine. Le trou dans la paroi verre de la cabine de douche devrait plutôt être un bouton car cela laisse passer l'eau lorsque l'on se douche et le distributeur de produit de lavage est positionné vraiment trés haut. le parking n'est pas privatif (dommage pour la sécurité des bagages) tout le monde y a accès mais bon pas de problèmes de place apparemment, il y a une caméra tout au bout mais bon cela fait une sacré surface à couvrir tout de même. Je trouve le prix payé cher aussi.
