5/5 for the breakfast lady. Ar the beginning I thought she was a bit too loud for my breakfast, as I was not awake yet, but she is definitively the star of the reception-breakfast area. Lovely, genuinely friendly, superactive, so positive, smiling, she is great. She made my day. The room is also great, but the people is what makes you like a place really, isn't it?

Bon accueil à l’arrivée et de petites attentions dans le hall d’accueil (bonbons et thé/café à disposition). Malheureusement, ça ne rattrape pas l’état de la chambre: déco passée, literie pas top, ménage à revoir. 1 seule prise fonctionnait dans la chambre, 1 seule lampe aussi dans c’était très peu éclairé. Obligée de déplacer le lit pour brancher mon chargeur. La salle de bain est dans son jus et le ménage y est sommaire : traces de calcaire visiblement présentes depuis un moment sur la vitre de la douche et les robinetteries. Dans la chambre, la décoration est d’époque. Bref, je ne m’y suis pas sentie à l’aise. Par contre, le petit déjeuner était bon et plutôt copieux. J’ai pu aussi apercevoir un jardin à l’arrière très sympathique.

Super accueil de Vanda. Serviable, sympathique et toujours le sourire. La literie est super confortable et toutes les commodités sont proches. Très bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Marché à voir le samedi avec beaucoup de produits locaux .

Très bien situé, dans le centre-ville, juste à côté de la belle grande place de Niort : "Les Jardins de la Brèche". Accueil très attentionné, bonnes recommandations de la dame de l'accueil pour les restaurants juste à côté. Grand bon choix de restaurants juste autour de la place et délicieux glacier Ernest. Petit-déjeuner très bien, joli jardin. Hôtel calme, bien équipé pour notre enfant et notre bébé.

Hotel céntrico y tranquilo en Niort. Habitación agradable con una bonita terraza que da a un patio interior tranquilo. Recepción y atención por parte de Marguerite excepcional. Buen desayuno buffet con buena relación calidad precio. Cama muy cómoda. Lugar recomendable

Vous réservez comme chaque année en pensant que ce sera toujours un IBIS pour découvrir à l'arrivée que ce n'est plus le cas... pas trop grave mais surprenant ! Le plus grave c'est que nous avons payé notre chambre beaucoup plus cher que le tarif effectivement affiché. Selon l'hôtelier "c'est toujours plus cher via les plates-formes de réservation" , impossible de rembourser ces 45 euros de supplément par rapport aux tarifs affichés. Alors qui est le gagnant: Booking ou l'hôtel ? En tout cas je connais le perdant...

Hotel bien placé avec un parking payant, bon accueil, bon petit déjeuné, nous avons demandé d'être au premier étage coté cours avec une douche et notre demande a été satisfaite. Les chambres sont propres
