I didn’t bring any cash with me this time, and I didn’t tip the housekeeper or the waiter, but no one gave me a bad look during the whole process, and the service was excellent👍 On the last day of departure, the housekeeper came to check the refrigerator and saw that a bottle of Coke was missing. I asked my family if they had any drinks, but everyone said no. I was a little unhappy, thinking that the hotel was deliberately looking for trouble, and even said a few unpleasant words to the housekeeper. Later, my mother said that she drank coke. She thought I asked her if she had drank coffee in the morning, so she answered no 🙈🙈 Diep, the housekeeper in our room, was really enthusiastic. He would come over every time and ask if there was anything he needed. He would always care for our family when he saw me near the lobby. Old Soviet-style hotel. Table - different language does not turn to write - horrible. Tables are shaking, food is cold. Hotel staff speaks exclusively Vietnamese. On the respiratory sometimes they start to understand English, but if you have to solve the problem, everyone at once pretend not to understand what they want. Three days asked the fumigater from mosquitoes in the roast in the room. The mosquitoes have been a lot and the treatment of the territory from insects in 10 days has not been carried out at all. Good business project, acceptable price , beautiful species ,pleasant territory but there are questions . From Thursday to Saturday, the local public pillars are , and this is the noise of gams , 100 guests and 300 children. Come with packaging of doshiraka, it is for the evening, in the morning on breakfast place to find a problem, the feeling that they come to 6.30 and then again to 10 . Also, their holiday consists of 1-2 days, and this is constant check-outs , knocking doors , children wizz and run along the corridor. I foreseeed it and immediately on the resepschen asked for a quieter zone, but they didn't even provide it(. How so, this is completely unclear , the couples come want privacy or silence and here runners and vizgi, It is just to highlight the floor and dispose there customers without children, the more all the booking goes through the Internet. Hopefully the management will accept wishes for action and the hotel is excellent recommended .
