Family of 3 from Australia. We stayed in the double family room on level 10. Spacious, clean, warm, double rooms with hot showers and cold fridges. Staff were fantastic, especially the two lads who help with toast and seating at breakfast. Walking distance to night markets and WinMart. Couldn't fault it. We were the only 'western' tourists, but we were made to feel very safe and welcome. I would recommend and would stay here again on our next visit to Ninh Binh.

The reception was very friendly, and the breakfast menu was the same every day, but considering the price, gym, and swimming pool facilities, it seemed reasonable.
