Had to spend a bit of time on arrival to find someone to check us in. The room provided was exactly what we asked for and well maintained and clean. Basically a good value for money hotel. There was a good range of eateries available within a couple of blocks and also lots of stalls selling fresh produce and the bonus of a bus station only 5 mins walk that took us back to Hanoi.

The hotel is located in the center of Ninh Binh city. The two hosts are very cute, understanding and thoughtful. Rooms are clean.

Breakfast was supposed to be included as per the advertising on *******, but was not available. The dining area has been converted to living area for owner.
The owner drove us to the train station twice. Once to get a ticket on the day of our arrival and again to get to our train.
The owner also arranged laundry washing for us

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. 2 lits, 2 fauteuils, 2 chaises, grande télé, C'est très tranquille, il y a environ 8 chambres. La propriétaire est gentille et serviable. Elle parle un peu anglais. Le seul point négatif est que la chambre était annoncée avec petit déjeuner inclus et restaurant. Il n'y a aucun restaurant et pas de petit déjeuner offert. C'est dommage, car il n'y a pas de restos offrant un déjeuner style occidental aux alentours.
