This is my fourth time to Huitang Occupational Therapy Hot Spring Hotel, because the first impression is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient, what I value most is the sanitary environment, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the children sleep well at night, the children and my family love to take a hot spring bath, sleep well and have fun is a quality and enjoyable weekend. By the way, the breakfast here is the most abundant hotel I have ever stayed in.

I usually come here every year, but this time the experience was really bad. First of all, many of the hot spring facilities were broken and not repaired, and the water in the pool was also very dirty, not as good as before. Then I thought there was any difference between the lake view and mountain view of the room that cost 100 yuan more, but the difference was that you could see a lake on the roof very far away. The price of more than 1,100 yuan was not cheap. The most important thing was that I didn't sleep well all night. The sound insulation was very poor. I don't know how many people were in the room next door. They made a noise until about 1:50 in the morning. On the balcony, the room was shouting and dragging stools. I called the front desk at 12 o'clock, but the problem was not solved, so I had to endure it. It was still noisy and I couldn't fall asleep until 1:30. I made a second call, and the hotel said they would talk about it. This is the first time I have made such a bad evaluation of a hotel. It really feels like I'm paying for trouble. I came to the hot spring just to have some fun and rest, but I couldn't sleep well. I was so tired.
