太噁心了，昨天清明節，在網上定了個房間，昨天過去開房説已經滿房，告訴我們訂的是今天的，我這個房子今天可以退，今天打電話過去説的也可以退，現在三點多鐘了打電話過去告訴我不能退，房子給我留了一晚上，**把我訂的房子賣給別人，昨天晚上過去告訴我滿房，今天可以退，今天人家退房人都走了，人品太撇，我直接都沒過去入住，當大家是**呢？你要掙錢也不是這個搞法呀，直接是欺騙消費者，平台顯示的已經入住，我人都沒過去，真的太噁心了，想吃了蒼蠅一樣

我明明開的是豪華間，結果前台説房滿了，衹有標準間，但是標準間的設施是真的垃圾，空調是壞的，被子是臟的，熱水器沒熱水，簡直是無語他媽給無語開門，無語到家了，建議以後別去了，避避雷
