一進房間感覺一股涼爽，酒店提前跟們房間開了空調，這個服務必須點個贊。酒店的環境及衞生也很不錯，如果房間裏能放一點簡易的衣架就更好了，畢竟帶了孩子來洗温泉，泳衣這些需要清洗晾曬。酒店早餐也很不錯，畢竟豐富。

房子設施有些陳舊，衞生還可以，温泉水還行，就是蚊蟲很多，泡了個温泉被咬了十多個包，又癢又痛，服務也是要冷不熱，早上要個礦泉水都説不給，別的酒店都是第二天就換新的。

服務：前台在沒有提前詢問的情況下擅自使用手機對身份證拍照，經我們主動詢問才告知設備故障，需要拍下身份證錄入，我們也並不知道錄入後有沒有刪除手機裏的身份證照片
環境：酒店停車場離前台和房間非常遠，路程全程暴曬無遮擋，帶很多行李非常不方便
早飯品類很少，並且補餐非常慢，幾乎沒有
設施：酒店沒有冰箱
