環境是不錯，也很衞生。哪天剛開房一個小時領導叫趕回去，想跟酒店溝通退房收我鐘點房行不行，前台及經理就是説入賬啦不行什麼的？我看這服務也真是糟糕，總説在平台下單退不了，我也納悶，別的酒店這種事情我也遇到過就他家不行。最後開了一天的房費呆了一個多小時。
