1.面巾上標簽沒撕2.淋浴間地漏有蟲子屍體3.兩塊面巾不一樣4.兩條浴巾不一樣5.浴室門把手銹跡斑斑6.香氛早已見底滿是灰塵7.浴室門膠條脱落8.電梯按鈕不顯示地板相當臟9.房間一次性拖鞋衹擺放一雙10.面盆水管漏水11.隔壁吵鬧前台直接來句你自己去敲門交涉一下吧，怎麼想的？之前也多次住過，肉眼可見的越來越拉胯。有如此好的硬件環境，軟件和服務卻如此敷衍，心痛啊，不知道現在是不是沒有管理人員和管理制度了。幹一行愛一行專一行，希望美巢能變好吧～

服務態度差，查房還説不見一條毛巾，這種破毛巾誰還要，洗澡的水一點都不熱，洗個澡冷**，空調還不制熱，一個小時還是17度，大冬天冷死了，最可笑的就是鐘點房水還不是免費的，去哪裡都沒有這種事，裏面什麼都沒有還收按金，房門刷卡還開不了，體驗感超級無敵差差差差差

半夜五點，保安拿着房卡直接刷開房門，把我驚醒，這是酒店管理的嚴重失職，我是男的還好説，要是夫妻，或者都是女孩呢，你作為這麼大一個酒店，犯這種低級錯誤，這麼大的酒店，確實不應該，真差勁
