For upgrade from level two to level 3. Hotel guests are very hardworking, breakfast variety can be improved. Good coffee in the morning. Room can be more luxuarious besides the nice shampoo. Sofa, toilet curtains and window curtains are abit old and dusty.

Excellent service . Good food and breakfast . Room a bit small . Can’t open two big luggages. A bit overprice for the stay not worth . Very small hotel .

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

喜歡敍舊的氛圍，輕鬆舒服又安心。每位工作人員都很熱情，但這種熱情又不會讓人感到不適。入住時主動為我升級了房型，離開時還有伴手禮，真好。不像其他酒店用lelabo，敍舊洗護用品品牌是帕爾瑪之水，又踩在我的品牌愛好點上。公區和房間內的景色都很美麗，忍不住一直拍拍拍，期待冬天蘆葦盛放時再至敍舊
