Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

I like the atmosphere of reminiscing, which is relaxed, comfortable and reassuring. Every staff member is very enthusiastic, but this enthusiasm does not make people feel uncomfortable.
When I checked in, they took the initiative to upgrade my room type, and there were souvenirs when I left, which was great. Unlike other hotels that use lelabo, the brand of toiletries in Reminiscing is Acqua di Parma, which is also my favorite brand.
The scenery in the public area and the room is very beautiful. I can't help but keep taking pictures. I look forward to reminiscing again when the reeds are in full bloom in winter.

The guy helped me upgrade the room type. The view is beautiful. The hotel is very quiet. The facilities and services are also very good.
