Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

Super satisfactory stay experience, but it's a pity that we only stayed for one night. We often travel and this is the first time we stayed in such a beautiful place. Any photo we took was a blockbuster. What touched me most was the control of details. In the morning, I went to the pier to see the morning fog and returned to the hotel. The warm ginger water was brought to me and instantly warmed me up... The afternoon tea and breakfast were very exquisite and delicious 😋 Every detail reflects the owner's care and taste... Whether it is the perfection of the hotel facilities or the thoughtful service, it is impressive! I strongly recommend the hotel with closed eyes. Because it is the off-season, they also upgraded our room for free. I look forward to staying next time
