I didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly.
The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful.
One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained.
A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.

I am very satisfied with the entire hotel. You can see the beauty of Lugu Lake from your room without going out. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic and ask us if we have any needs or requests. The room attendant also provided us with help when we needed it.

What a great hotel! My family and I stayed here for two nights and we were delighted with everything about the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, which allowed us to have a perfect rest. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and generous. Worth coming again.
