Lugu Lake Lige Spring Hotel

The hotel hasn’t been new to the hotel for a long time, the room is very nice, the lake view room opens the door and you can directly see the starry sky, walk two steps to the peninsula, stargazing conditions are good, I am lucky to see the Milky Way Arch Bridge; butler La Mei’s single little brother is very caring, The reception is warm and very nice.

I am very happy to meet Lige Spring in Lugu Lake. I like the environment here. The service and the roof with a starry sky. The most important thing is that everyone here has an interesting soul. It is the first time to write a review and I really highly recommend it. The front desk staff, mainly Xiao Zhang, are really too enthusiastic. We booked 4 rooms at a time, and we had a one-year-old baby, so there was too much luggage! ! ! The trunks of the two cars were full, and every time we returned to the hotel, at least four or five people came to help us carry our luggage! The hotel is newly renovated, so all facilities are brand new. And there are dedicated butlers who can find them to deal with everything right away. To get the baby food supplements, I asked the kitchen to take vegetables, eggs, tomatoes, etc. many times, but did not collect any money. In short, very caring and enthusiastic. The room was messed up as soon as I checked in. There were too many things for the main baby, so there is no picture.

房間很好，設施完備，服務態度好！陽台直接看海景，停車方便，房間浴缸很大，水温很高！

晚上蚊子特別多，睡到夜裡12點咬的受不了，打老闆電話，我説請給蚊香液，老闆第一句話是請給個好評，然後就斷電話了，我就開門去找前台，哇，一開門嚇一跳，整個酒店黑咕隆咚，一點燈光沒有，前台也沒人值班，我打了老闆6個電話，都不接了，我沒辦法又打攜程，攜程開始聯繫，才過了很久才送來了蚊香和火機，蚊香嗆的受不了，連個蚊香液和蚊香片都沒有，我感覺有種蕭條和倒閉前的感覺，房價六百多，我感覺也就是三百都不值，希望定這家酒店的人多考慮一下。

來麗江拍婚紗照，順便帶家人來旅遊，訂了一個家庭房。説一下總體的體驗，首先酒店位置是比較好的，在裏格村的最裡麪，有停車場，停車還是方便的，步行可以去裏格半島。然後是酒店環境，房間還是很寬敞的，我們5人入住空間很大，服務態度也是不錯的，但是房間的很多問題沒有提前講清，房間的燈關不上，洗衣機的排水不好用，洗完衣服滿地都是水，有個房間的門鎖不好用。 最後説一下最嚴重的問題，半夜睡覺的時候就聽見房間淅淅索索的聲音，開燈一看有一衹大老鼠蹲在窗簾桿上，大概有12釐米左右，房間裏住的是兩位女士，説差點嚇死一點不過分，大喊之後，老鼠順着窗簾桿跑開了，固定窗簾的地方有個洞，從那個洞里老鼠跑到了外面。 下面圖片是發現問題後和客棧人員的溝通截圖。
