The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel extra special. One staff member even came to our car to assist with bringing up our luggage, while another kindly showed us to our room and gave us the option to choose an upgraded room. We were very grateful for the complimentary upgrade. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. It would have been even more perfect if the beds had electric blankets, as the centralized heating didn’t seem to be very effective. The hotel offers dining options and has a bar, which is a wonderful feature, especially since they serve food late into the night—perfect for those arriving after hours. Overall, the room had a lovely layout, though I did notice the lamps were a bit dusty and the window could have been cleaner. However, the bar manager kindly offered to clean the window for us, which we really appreciated. We had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed by the attentive service throughout.

Really enjoyable stay! I spent 3 nights here and it was the most comfortable among the ones I’ve been to in Yunnan. It’s located up a hill so there’s a broad view of the lake and the nearby Daluoshui village. The hotel offers free fetching service within 5km so it was very convenient to go out for meals or sightseeing at the nearby villages. Chic interior design and furniture (the photos are true to life).

This place was excellent. My family liked everything about it and regretted that we only stayed for one night.
View and amenities are as per described, breakfast was good. They also offer 2:free pickup within 5km.

When you come to Lugu Lake, you still have to book a lake view homestay. It takes less than 4 minutes to get here by shared car from Lijiang, which is quite fast. The staff also helped with the luggage. The room was much bigger than I had expected, with large windows on three sides offering lake views, and the bed was big enough to even sleep three people. The most surprising thing is that there is a projection. The restaurant downstairs has a large terrace which is perfect for taking photos. It was a weekday when I came, so there were relatively few people, which is perfect for people like me who are socially anxious to take photos, hahaha. The RV outside is a field-style RV, and it feels comfortable and cozy at first glance
