Very exclusive location with only 3 hotels, excellent view of the lake. Free costume for photo taking. Very relaxing at night watching stars. Owner friendly and easy going. Breakfast kept warm at all times. Can do laundry.

Good location and remote away from town center. Booked room had a lot of pungent smell coming from the water drain so property gave us another room. No service and receptionist does not care. Always on the phone doing their own thing. Dining area / reception has cats that goes everywhere and hygiene is subpar. Breakfast was poor and they had nothing to offer. Had to ask what they have and reception will provide, and food was not appetizing. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The environment is beautiful, facing the Lugu Lake, the boss is very nice and enthusiastic! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the boss lady made her own chili sauce, my boyfriend and I each had two bowls! The hotel is unobstructed and Lugu Lake is right in front of you! Nice scenery!

I am especially grateful to Zhuoma for her company these two days! I was the only guest during the off-season. Zhuoma took me to the mountain to burn incense in the morning, watched the villagers reciting prayer books, and took me to the activity room for lunch. It’s so fulfilling! She also recommended some nearby places to visit. Fortunately, I rented a car, and went to the God of Wealth, Moon Bay, and Dongzhulin Temple. They were so beautiful and I loved them. The old building of the winery is also very charming. The village is sunny and warm in winter. It is so comfortable to eat, drink and chat with Zhuoma.
