This is a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. Trip were able to send me the Wechat contact for the hotel so they helped me to arrive, although from the bus stop I could have booked transport through AMAP/didi too.
The service was excellent and when there was a problem with the room I had booked the staff were super helpful and moved me quickly to an upgraded room. The breakfast is nice and there is a coffee machine.
This was the best hotel from my whole trip in Yunnan. The finishing touches and service were far beyond my expectations especially considering the remote location.
The village of Lige is small and there is not much to 'do' unless you have your own transport. Which makes this a great hotel to stop at on your trip for some luxury relaxation.

Where to start! I was contemplating will I write review or not as I don’t want anyone to discover this amazing place (I want it to stay peaceful) and I want to come back here again and again. 😂Firstly - this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed and I have been to plentiful… Decor is amazing and you can really properly relax and enjoy your time. It’s not first row next to lake but better as you avoid crowd and noise and if you book rooms with balcony on 3rd and 4th floor lake view still awesome … Service was impecable, such an immense hospitality and friendly attitude… If I could give 10 star rating I would immediately… Wonderful people and wonderful place. Plus Lige Bay is much calmer than rest of the tourist parts of a Lugu Lake. We were here in maybe bit lower session so it was wonderfully peaceful …
Definitely coming back one day hopefully… ❤️❤️❤️

不會再有第二次了…完完全全的徒有其表！還那麼貴
外面弄得人模人樣的 各種摩梭裝扮 是挺好看挺新穎的 房間裏面一塌糊塗
沒有空調的 地暖是壞的 衹有電熱毯+暖爐
衞生也一塌糊塗 朋友的房間裏 被子上全是死蟲子 衞生間設施也很差 濕噠噠的 不知道多久沒好好打掃了
那個圓床房的設計簡直了 人都快要側着才能進去了 箱子都拿不進去 而且睡覺特別不方便 稍微翻個身 腳就在床外面了！
個人建議就是:能有別的選擇 別住這家…這個價格的性價比約等於0…瀘沽湖住了3天最差的一家
另外 裏格這裏吃的也很少 那個大眾點評上分數很高的“裏格扎西家烤肉”千萬別去 賊難吃！！！是瀘沽湖吃到的最差的一家了…沒有之一…

不符合預期，個人認為對不起這個價格，建議對特色裝修感興趣的可以體驗，但是對衞生和硬件要求高的朋友避開
【裝修風格】整體裝修真的挺有少數民族特色，也挺適合拍照的，房間和公共區域都是，我們選了星空露台湖景大床房，但是那天剛好下雨，星空看不到；
【硬件設施】水不熱，可以開浴霸，但還是會很冷；空調可以制熱；其他就沒啥了，都比較普通
【衞生情況】房間的維護和衞生都做的很差，桌布、枕頭套都有污漬，洗手間還有一條頭髮，窗户玻璃臟臟的，馬桶不乾淨，哎搞得我衹想逃離，所以對衞生有要求的朋友謹慎選擇
【下午茶和早餐】這個感覺不錯，雖然酒店臟臟的，但阿姨感覺整個人收拾得比較乾淨，她的出品應該相對乾淨衞生
最近去裏格的朋友有點心理準備，裏格9月開始拆了半島上的客棧，客棧和餐飲店都倒了一大片，再加上下雨路很泥濘，整體感覺很頹敗…

🚗 交通：裏格島風景區很美，酒店位置雖然不在第一排，但是很方便，村子不大，走到海邊很近，吃飯方便，也很安靜。
🧹衞生：乾淨，房間裏的香薰味道非常高級，很喜歡。
🍃環境：太喜歡他家的設計了，專門過來拍照的，現在淡季人少，拍照不用擔心。
🔔服務：管家式服務，非常貼心，有求必應，態度非常好。怕一樓房間潮濕，還給我們升級了房型。
本來東西會冷，結果房間地暖+暖爐，特別暖和。院子裏還在裝修，以後會更美，有機會以後再來！

住在靠近裏格碼頭附近的這家酒店，因為疫情瀘沽湖基本外來遊客很少，然後裏格這邊在修路，大大小小的民宿也沒有什麼生意，管家開小車來接送很nice，可能因為靠山，我們住的房間衞生間不是很乾凈，有點對不起房價..但是裝修風格是我喜歡的類型，有特色.早上還有阿姨做的早飯，總體來説不錯.
