1.晚上不開門頭燈，看不到酒店名字，開車圍着大路轉了幾圈找不到，打電話才喊人出來。
2.走廊燈沒有開，也沒聲控，完全摸黑，衹能靠手機照明。省電理解，省到這個份上也太不考慮顧客的感受了。
3.屋裡空調是壞的，開了一晚上還是10度，3月份的温度衹有十幾度，還下着小雨，濕冷濕冷的。這個海拔凍感冒了可不是鬧着玩的。
4.房費裏包含早餐，七點半去看餐廳空無一人，啥都沒有。
不是很挑剔和計較的人，一般能湊合就湊合了。但碰到這種做生意懶到這種程度的店家還是忍不住吐槽。

房間挺好的，超預期，一個大床一個上下鋪佈局挺方便，設施也挺好的，沒有評論中説的陳舊的感覺，洗澡水也很沖熱的很快，乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮。離乘船看日出和晨霧的碼頭很近，走出去幾分鐘到湖邊，風景優美，寵物友好很贊。唯二缺點：第一沒電梯，沒服務人員幫提行李，兩個女生行李多有些不便。二是早餐太差了，白花捲白粥配鹹菜，我最討厭的早餐品種佔全了，煮個米線或者餛飩不費多少事吧？一頓好的早餐可以提升幸福感，也花不了幾個錢，但是不好的早餐非常影響心情，尤其周邊又沒什麼其他選擇，建議引起重視

因為到達時間很晚了，就在餐廳用餐，非常非常好吃，房間也很大，就是熱水需要放非常久才熱，感覺有點浪費，其他都挺好，老闆娘非常熱心

房間很大，適合一家人出遊居住，度假屋位置離湖邊很近，走幾分鐘就能到湖邊，度假屋裡就可以吃飯，紙包魚很好吃，價格也實惠。度假屋還有自己的停車場免費給來居住的遊客停車。

房間衞生一般，屋子設施老舊，衞生間未隔乾濕分離，並且衞生間推拉門壞了關不上，早餐單一稀飯饅頭，配套的牙具質量太差勁。

湖景房一望出去，瀘沽湖就在眼前。周邊有超市和餐館，距離大落水村不遠。唯一不好的就是洗澡水冷，要放很久水才熱，耽誤時間。

設施：是個老店了，朋友之前去過的樓頂的天空之鏡需要好好修繕一下了，陽台的門鎖也可以換新了

環境：湖景非常棒，而且離蒗放村的湖邊很近，周圍也有小賣部，很方便
服務：店家很熱情，距離不遠的話會有接送

客棧裝修精緻，房間比較大，衞生乾淨整潔，還有一個露台，窗外就是瀘沽湖景，出客棧100米左右就能到瀘沽湖邊，即能觀日出，又能賞日落🌅，早餐可口，停車就在院內方便，服務人員態度熱情，推薦！
