民宿的位置太好了，女神山下，直接觀湖。風景超級好環境也很安靜，老闆很熱情。真的強推這家。

這是這次旅途最糟心和最煩心的唯一的一個民宿，客房因為在不同平台掛賣，然後民宿騙我們説客房有問題不能入住，我們因為一行4房，所以説原來的房就算有問題，但是衹要有床就不介意，但是當來到民宿才知道，這是騙局，早已經🈶️其他客人入住！可惡啊！所以其中一間複式最後衹能哭就變成三人房！店家各種難聽的語言，心情都掉進湖底了，唉！如果賣出去了，可以早點通知，為什麼衹在當天早上準備入住前才來電，那不就是明明白白的欺騙嗎？
入住後也煩心不斷，居然房間沒有熱水，説是維修，最後等維修有熱水都晚上10點後了（也僅僅夠熱水洗手洗面），洗澡會水壓太低很冷！
然後這個民宿也沒有什麼管家服務的，前台就在樓梯旁一個黑漆漆的地方，管家難見到影子，要電話才找到人，也沒有用餐服務，贈送的早餐劵是外包給外面的早餐館的。退房的時候也見不到人，自己把房卡放在所謂的前台就可以走了……
最後暖心的是攜程，一個完整快速貼心的處理投訴的服務，比去哪兒強多了，謝謝攜程，讓掉到湖底的心情感受温暖！
再次謝謝攜程！訂房就到攜程，五星服務！
