Especially our hotel manager Kevin® LITEL Li Yuxian, the manager of the housekeeping department, and lamfine at the front desk. In short, all the staff made me feel at home! Because I chose Hotel Indigo, my trip to Lugu Lake has added an extra wonderful memory!

The second time I stayed at Indigo, I was very satisfied. The room was big and new, and I upgraded to a room facing the Goddess Mountain. The hotel park is very stylish and bright at night. If you want to see the stars, you can go to the dark country road outside. Although it is off-season, the service is in place. We ate in the hotel in the morning and evening. We waited for 1 hour for the food on the first night, and we didn't get angry because there was nothing to do. In the end, the manager was embarrassed and gave us a piece of cake and changed the small portion of food to a large portion... But we really couldn't finish it, thank the manager for his kindness. We bought a set meal, and the next day we communicated with the manager to reduce some dishes and not waste them. The manager took the initiative to add Haagen-Dazs for us. It is strongly recommended to come to the hotel for dinner. The 198 double set meal is really unfinished. It is cheaper and cleaner than the pheasant catering outside. The picture below has not been taken yet, there is also a fruit plate and a pancake... For breakfast, you must order the one in the first picture. I don’t know what it is called, but it tastes good! Local native pig bacon + hot spring egg! There are also special butter buns, croissants, etc. The manager is happy to let you take them away to eat on the way, but we really can't eat them. I haven't been to Lugu Lake before because I haven't found a suitable accommodation. As an InterContinental fan, brand hotels are more reliable than those wild chicken B&Bs, at least there are no cameras, hahahaha. The last few photos are taken of Lugu Lake in the past two days, and I am very satisfied.

The hotel environment is great. There is a replica of the walking marriage bridge in the yard, and there is a pig nest boat, which is very photogenic. The service is guaranteed. From the door to the room, all the staff will greet you with a smile. The hygiene is very good. The international serial number hotel is guaranteed [snickering]. The housekeeper Kevin contacted and added WeChat in advance, gave a lot of warm tips and travel suggestions, saved the time of making a guide, and introduced us to the Mosuo cultural elements integrated into the hotel design. I would like to express my gratitude. Lugu Lake is a very suitable place to relax. You can use it as a screen saver when taking photos without filters. It is worth visiting many times.

Thank you very much for opening the InterContinental Hotel in Lugu Lake. The hotel is warm and comfortable, with a beautiful environment. The front desk manager Tim carefully helped to arrange the room and travel route, and the 2 front desk staff (see photos) were proactive, warm and thoughtful. The breakfast in the restaurant is rich in content, using local high-quality ingredients, and is very delicious. Especially Jack is thoughtful, hands-on, and proactive. Not only did he introduce the best food to us, he also took the initiative to take us to visit the grandmother's house and introduced the living customs and food culture of the Mosuo people in detail, which shows the hotel's love and respect for local culture. The neighborhood restaurant of the hotel is also very good: both hot pot and barbecue are very delicious. I stayed in the hotel for three days and chose this place for 3 dinners. The excellent hotel is the icing on the cake for our trip to Lugu Lake.

Choosing Indigo instead of a homestay is a trust in the chain brand, and in the end it was indeed an unforgettable departure. The housekeeper Kevin contacted in advance to tell us the weather and travel guide of Lugu Lake, which saved us a lot of time. Begonia fruit tea was provided when we checked in. Kevin also explained to us the design theory and elements from the lobby to the room, and visited the grandmother's house, which gave us a more specific understanding of Mosuo culture. Looking up at the Goddess Gemu Mountain on the balcony of the room and strolling in the hotel yard, you can calm and relax your heart. The overall design of the hotel is relatively strong, and the Mosuo culture permeates it. The room layout design is unique and the bedding is comfortable.
