酒店前台小楊接待禮貌熱情，房間也比較舒服，我比較認床，但這裏的床墊很舒服，衞生也不錯，一樓大廳每天都有泡紅棗養生水，從去年住過，每次回寧化都選這家酒店

出差朋友推薦了這家艾美酒店，果然沒有失望。房間小而精，非常乾淨整潔，隔音效果也很好，窗簾也很遮光，一覺睡到8點多起床，早上出門大廳還有泡好的紅棗茶熱乎乎的喝一杯暖和

我是在這個酒店住過兩天的，我第二天，保潔阿姨未經允許，直接進來房間打掃衞生，我們年輕情侶入住酒店肯定會有些小癖好，酒店第一個就侵犯了我的私隱權。就算要打掃衞生，前台應該打電話詢問我吧，直接闖進來打掃衞生是什麼意思。雖然沒有沒掉東西，但我還是很不爽，一個陌生人隨便進我房間。希望酒店可以整改下，要打掃衞生要經過住户的同意，直接打掃衞生，不太好，而且感覺空調吹出來的風很多灰塵。
