藝術鄉建，在這絕對不是一句空口號！是驚喜的存在！對，詩意地棲居在大地上！ 前幾天，在偏僻的古桂花林附近，和民國風的博物館相遇；10月2日下午又在寧海深圳栗子樹沙龍民宿，邂逅鄉村裡的美術館。不由暗暗稱奇。 寧海温泉文化藝術村主人王之琛是一位著名的畫家。感謝他和他的藝術團隊帶給遊客們的所有美好的一切！不論吃住，還是周邊的環境，都是國慶期間比較理想的度假去處。 因為臨時起意，所以沒能訂到酒店的大床房，不過民宿的高低鋪工業風設計非常獨特，床足夠大，床上用品和沐浴用品質量都很好，彰顯品味。這裏離何洪村、龍宮村等著名的歷史文化村落都很近，距離温泉森林公園也不遠。不論自駕、打車或坐公交車都很方便。村子附近就有公交車站，可以直達火車站或客運中心。可以提前在酒店訂餐，廚師做的菜太好吃了。另外酒店在山腳下，空氣好，而且很有藝術氣息。我接連住了兩晚，體驗感非常好。就是來不及泡温泉啦！衹能下次再來。 推薦！推薦！推薦！重要的事情説三遍！[強][強][強][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

五一臨時訂房，各酒店民宿家庭房都沒有了，無意中發現這家“宿舍”，感覺挺好玩就訂了。來了之後知道，跟隔壁温泉酒店是一家，前台和早餐等都是共享，房間比想象中小一點，簡易的工業風，真的很“宿舍”，好久沒有爬上鋪了。缺點是可能上鋪不怎麼使用，邊角落裡的灰塵還是挺明顯的。另外的意見是可以改進一下上鋪的梯子，踩着腳疼。床鋪睡的挺舒服，雖小但該有都有，早餐也還行，照片是整個園區外邊的小河，水很清澈，周邊也在對鄉村接待硬件設施進行改造，又一個開發中的鄉村

民宿是像上下鋪那樣的床位，還挺特別哈哈，和朋友兩個住剛剛好，就是房間小了點，環境挺好在一個村子旁邊的藝術村裡麪，還有免費的美術館可以參觀，提前約了晚餐，廚師燒的菜也很贊🤭🤭

房間整潔，安靜。前台接待人員很熱情，出差路過，休息放鬆很合適。鎮子上吃飯的選擇也很多，開車五分鐘超方便。

房間很不錯，乾淨衞生，用的洗漱用品都是比較高檔的，五一期間價格還是比較公道的。這邊的環境很不錯。門口有一條很大的小溪，可以到溪水裡遊玩，周邊露營燒烤也可以。

#負評#對房間大小，酒店氣味，防治蚊蟲措施，交通方便程度，床品舒適度，走廊隔音失望；酒店就是大型厂房改的民宿！态度恶劣！体验极差！
1、首先没有电梯，我一个箱子一个背包，没有电梯酒店人员也没说帮忙拎一下，说都是自己弄上去，真是离谱！
2、所谓的阳台居然有梯子直接通到楼下和楼顶，说是消防要求，那任何人都会出现在客人的阳台！客人的安全如何保证！

交通不是很方便，自駕應該沒問題，暑期走起，看了看適合藝術創作的人居住在此，周邊外出需要叫車服務找找當地跑車的司機師傅電話還是有必要的，酒店的住宿方面也算新穎，小朋友上下鋪的感覺很喜歡，空調略有不足，隔音不太好。
