In general all is fine, good breakfast, just no juices, concentrate out of machine. Swimming pool ok, need some renovation. Helpdesk as in china nobody speaks english. Beautiful lake view from 26th floor.

We have stayed there for the past few years when in Ninghai. Its a good hotel with very good room, but overall, could be modernized.

The hotel is fine and the room is big; however, I do not think it is a 600+ RMB hotel.

設施：有一點老舊，空調的聲音有點大。 衞生：衞生不錯。就是酒店，乾乾淨淨的。 環境：很OK，管家小朱幫忙安排的房間開窗可以看到湖景，很喜歡。 服務：小朱特別貼心，還沒到之前就訊息告訴當地氣温情況，到了還特殊安排房間。期間也很主動貼心。

五一，想選個人少的地方去呆幾天，看到寧海的開元，回憶起十幾年前第一次去寧波住開元的好印象，提前一個月就定了，現在知道，平時400的房，五一是翻倍了，翻倍沒問題，你服務別打折就行，然而事實讓我知道，掛着五星，管理理念三星都不到。 首先就是衞生，去泳池，打開更衣箱，沒拖鞋的，回去服務枱一問，嘿，咱孤陋寡聞了，這家的拖鞋是一天的客人循環使用的，你用完我用，晚上統一消毒，滿地的拖鞋隨便穿上就行。你是五星酒店啊，拖鞋一客一消毒的規矩不知道？ 然後是管理了，昨天兩點多去游泳，十米寬的泳池，游泳訓練班的七個娃，每人綁着展開超過一米多的泡沫桿平行訓練，簡直如犁地一般，住店客人衹能讓到邊邊，而且為了方便娃娃門在池邊聽訓，水下安放了一個三米寬的架子，住店客人們都在互相説，當心當心別磕着架子，酒店公用區域就這樣被佔用，昨天下午去碰到了訓練班今天上午去又是訓練班。而且大多數時候救生員是沒有的，圖片視頻都拍了。作為酒店，其它種種混亂你都可以讓客人體諒五一繁忙，那你怎麼不會五一讓訓練班暫停兩天，特殊時段把空間留給住店客人使用呢？ 早餐，差！非常差！江浙滬五星酒店我住到現在最差。早餐特色就是素，素到除了培根和雞肉腸、你找不到一點肉。昨天還有油條可以吃，今天沒有，服務員告訴我，上面沒有提前備貨，沒了，知道漲價不知道備貨？蛋檔有蛋卷的牌子，不好意思，有牌子沒貨，什麼蘑菇丁火腿丁芝士丁都沒擺出來，我要一個，告訴我五一人多不做，蒸籠上帶點肉的蒸餃和肉包每次就出一小屜，要秒殺，最搞笑的是麪檔，問有啥，她告訴你個色麪，小餛飩其實是有的，藏在後麪，不展示，非得點名才給，後來看到還是準備的少，如果客人都要，哪來得及包？ 房間簡直就是反人性，雙床房，一個床的右側有插座和USB接口，另一個兩側毛也沒有。我想了半天，或許人家酒店就是綠色環保。用硬件用服務讓你放下手機多吃素。 勉強給兩顆心，還是要表揚下個別員工，尤其泳池前台小姐姐，我提了拖鞋的問題，當場給了一雙新的，並且第一天游完還幫我保管好讓我第二天繼續用。反之餐廳那些服務人員，一臉的嫌棄，擺出一副我就沒有、你能咋辦的臉。反差不小。 我相信評論發完，酒店一定會跟帖説道歉，改進這類的話，但是借用當地司機的評論，説開元落後了，當地人這樣説，看來管理問題是根結！ 最後想説，不要老是説餐飲不易旅遊不易，不易都經歷過，都這麼久了，還不會想想五一價格翻倍後如何做到服務不打折嗎？

停車場很大，停車方便，房間寬敞明亮，床睡得很舒服，早上去游泳了，泳池乾淨，太陽照射下，可以暢遊，早餐豐富，特別管家巧琳，從訂完房到第二天退房，一直有關心問候提示，非常滿意，感謝！
