Considering that the room I booked was on a different hill, the check-in experience was upgraded. I am very grateful for this arrangement. The room is very good, and the duplex also separates our space from the children. Everything was arranged when I checked in. The hotel is built around the mountains. You need to call the service center to arrange the hotel's battery car before going out. If you walk by yourself, it will be more difficult. Because it is for the hot springs, the hot spring pool in the room is really smooth. In fact, I prefer private hot springs, because the public hot springs need to be paid, so I didn't experience it. The toiletries in the hotel room are still Guerlain. Booked a dinner set at the hotel. In fact, the two-person set can be very full for 3 people. The hotel service and meals are very satisfactory, and the price-performance ratio is also good. When booking the hotel, there is also a travel photo arrangement near the swimming pool and the racecourse. The photos are also very beautiful when encountering good weather. I booked a large flat room at Xiangzhuju, and when I got to the hotel, I upgraded to a duplex villa at Wangshanju. Next time I go, I'd still stay in a large flat, so I don't have to run around. The room package I booked included hot springs and travel photography. The hot springs were pretty good, but the dressing room was a little small. The hotel butler Ben was very enthusiastic, cared about the guests' needs for meal orders and hot springs, reminded them in time, and sent a small New Year gift after check-out, which was thoughtful and considerate.

Environment: The hotel is built in a bamboo forest. In the winter, the mountain looks green. Since the houses are scattered, you rarely see other guests. You can be in a daze in your room. You can take a simple hike along the mountain in the hotel. From the front desk to the top of the mountain, you can see various houses in the bamboo forest. They are beautiful to take pictures. The sky pool is not open in cold weather, but the scenery is online. It is very comfortable to sit and drink and chat. Room: There is a balcony to enjoy the scenery. The bathtub can introduce hot spring water, and you can also soak and enjoy the mountain scenery. Restaurant: I didn’t drive and was too lazy to toss. I ate in the hotel restaurant for three days and two nights. I ordered the Jiangsu and Zhejiang dishes I was interested in one by one. I haven’t finished the menu yet. I feel that the taste is good. If you come from other places to travel and eat local dishes, you can eat them in it without going out. The local dishes in the breakfast buffet are delicious, such as cooking rice cakes and wontons. The taste of other things is OK, but the Western pastries are very average. Activities: The activities sent by Ctrip are travel photography and making sachets. I am not interested in travel photography and pass. I don’t want to go to sachets. I don’t have time later. Parent-child activities are even more inappropriate and we didn’t go. The hotel's paid hiking activity said that it was a minimum of three people. We made an appointment and it was automatically cancelled if the number of people was less than the minimum. Later, we asked the concierge for the location of the hiking attraction Yingtianchi. It was inside the Ninghai Forest Hot Spring Park. It was very convenient to go there by yourself, and there was no need to get lost on a straight road. The bamboo shoot digging activity can be booked by one person. Under the guidance of the staff, we climbed halfway up the mountain to dig a basket and sent it to the restaurant to cook two dishes directly. The sense of happiness was overwhelming. Hot spring: You need to make an appointment to soak in the public hot spring. It is said that there are no more than ten people per hour. I didn't bring a swimsuit and made an appointment to soak naked. Under the coordination of the housekeeper, we made an appointment at a time when there were no other guests. The two of us reserved the place, which was super cool. Staff: The staff are friendly. They will take the initiative to say hello to the staff who are transporting goods by battery vehicles on the road. The housekeeper Amy is enthusiastic and responsive. She arranges the ordering of meals, activities, and hot springs very well. The staff who accompanied the bamboo shoot digging service was in place and had a lot of fun. The restaurant waiter will take the initiative to take the seat, add water in time, and the chef will take the initiative to ask about the dining experience. Problem: The invoicing process was unpleasant. After leaving the hotel, I asked for an invoice for the part of the hotel that I signed the bill. The housekeeper said that it had been sent, but I didn't see it when I checked my mailbox. I told the housekeeper that no matter why I didn't receive it, I thought it would be a simple matter to resend the invoice. As a result, I received a call from someone claiming to be the hotel front desk not long after, repeatedly emphasizing that the invoice had been sent. I had to repeatedly answer that I had not received it. Everyone talked in circles for a while. I also checked my mailbox again during the call and made it clear that I had not received it, but the other side still emphasized to me that the invoice had been sent (meaning it was impossible that I had not received it). In the end, the front desk said to ask the housekeeper to deal with it, and did not say that they would send it to me again. I hung up the phone and took a screenshot in the mailbox, and found that the front desk had sent the invoice for my last meal twice, and indeed had not sent the invoice for the bill I requested in the hotel. It was obvious that the attachment was wrong when sending the email (this kind of thing can actually be known by the front desk checking the emails sent by themselves, but the front desk chose to call to argue with the guests). So I took a screenshot of the email and showed it to the housekeeper. In the end, the front desk did not resend the invoice to the mailbox. It was the housekeeper who gave it to me on WeChat. After all these operations, I was in a bad mood. I didn't understand why the hotel staff had to argue with the guest over whether the invoice had been received. Shouldn't the normal way to deal with this situation be to reissue it? It took me a long time to deal with a sentence. I was having breakfast and the coffee was not hot. I took a sip of the half-cold coffee and thought about it. I was a little angry, but it was not fair to deduct points from other employees in front of me, so I gave it five points.

One day after praying at Mount Putuo, I came to the long-awaited Ninghai Anlan. The hotel is a resort-style hot spring hotel. They are all single-family villas in the mountains. The rooms are super large, and each room has a super large terrace. The toiletries are Guerlain, which is very safe to use, but the TV cannot be projected, which is a little disappointing. The hotel staff are very nice and responsive. Special thanks to the housekeeper Mary, who is attentive, gentle and considerate. She didn't forget to send warm blessings after checking out. It was a very pleasant holiday experience. I will come again next time.
