全網查找，寧海衹此一家有3床房，暫訂。擔心小賓館設施及衞生，作二手準備。入住前審視一道，總體不錯，價格公道。前台服務態度很好。退房時有物遺漏，衞生阿姨和前台急忙聯繫我，感謝。不足的有，房內缺衣架子。衞生間洗浴台下麪螺絲鬆動，希望改一下。平心論，價值相配，不能奢求如星級酒店啊。停車，門口周邊有位，一般沒問題。

綜合一般，就是被子是夏涼被，太薄了，不保暖，忘記把空調温度調高就睡著了，結果早上被凍醒了，最後感冒發燒了，兩天了還挺難受的。

圖離出差的公司近選了這家。房間有蚊子，沒有電蚊香。房間裏沒有提供礦泉水。所以這個房價還是蠻貴的！

出乎意料，性價比很高，老闆説重新裝修過了，怪不得設施那麼新，工作人員很熱情，出行也方便的，出門不遠處小吃也很多，必須好評。

房間基本乾淨，浴室熱水大，服務態度好。有點小塊點房間內有煙味，酒店周圍環境不錯方便停車，酒店附近有一個夜排檔吃海鮮非常不錯。
