每次出遊我都會認真的寫評價，優點缺點都會公平公正的寫出來，這樣給後面的人能有參考的意義。先説缺點，這家酒店是我這麼多年第一次給服務差評，幾天前預訂的時候明確在備註裏寫遠離電梯，房間要安靜，結果到那直接給我離電梯最近的一間，電梯門直對着房門，我下去要求更換，直接跟我説沒房了，就衹剩這一間了，我打開攜程，明明當天的房間都還在預訂，我説沒房間可以給我升級一下，兩個房型也就差30塊，客服説差價太大了不同意，後來我態度也強硬了起來，最後她們就給我換一個遠離電梯的房間了，房間比較小，床尾大概就50公分的距離，走個人而已，衞生間直衝著門也有點怪，空調不太給力。再説優點:酒店在華貝廣場裏，位置很好，周圍奶茶甜品齊全，吃飯的東西也很多，還有超市，真的非常方便，梨川藏線入口也很近。

是我住過的麗楓酒店最差的一個，房間雖説是裝修沒兩年，可是看上去像是五六年一樣，衞生間一進去就有一股尿騷味，實在受不了，我就用被子弄點熱水沖洗了一下。估計是前面客人尿到外面，沒有用清水沖洗，因為淋浴房和衞生間不相通，馬桶連如家酒店的都不如，更重要的是門離馬桶太近很容易碰頭，地毯看上去也是臟兮兮的，而且還有煙灰沒有清理。唯一滿意的是床還算是軟硬適中。後來下一行程住的是廣德的麗怡酒店，人家的搞得就非常好，衞生乾淨，衞生間很清爽，淋浴房非常不錯，位置很好，所以沒有對比就沒有差距。

位置很好，就在廣場中間，出門就是各種美食店，前台小姑娘很熱情給我們推薦周邊的美食。房間裏有小冰箱不錯的很，唯一缺點就是衞生間正對着房間，有點尬了

酒店現在改名叫麗楓酒店，到店前台給升級了一個景觀大床房面積非常大乾濕分離，體驗感很好，性價比超高。在華貝廣場，吃逛都很方便
