民宿外面啥都沒有，但裏面還是非常不錯的，園子一步一景，錦鯉非常漂亮水質很清澈～裏面能直接進宣石博物館，博物館的佈置也很有特色～民宿帶餐飲，開車15分鐘市裡吃的更多～有些標房和博物館一樣在負一層，一進去總有些黴味，空調開着好點，床上用品看着很乾凈，可能因為潮濕會有小蟲子～服務不錯，響應也非常及時～

差到極點！我從來沒這樣評價過一個酒店！
環境：周邊都是荒地工廠，方圓五公里點不到外賣，中國還有這樣的酒店，開眼了。
服務：服務員全程拉這臉不説話，問什麼話也不搭理你、就像欠了她幾百萬一樣。
環境：有點像寺廟很瘮人。特別晚上看到他們後門的大木門。
房間：我們要的複式房間，全家不得不搭地鋪在一樓地板睡。空調很奇葩，二樓冷氣上不去，熱死了都，而且房間裏有家權味、被子有臭味。
總之是我住過最垃圾🗑️的酒店。
朋友們止步吧！有半句假話我都是🐢！！！

大半夜到的，前台小姐姐直接送卡過來，房間原來在b1，房間內配了除濕機，但是還是有一點點潮味。
稍微有點蚊蟲，蟲子看到了沒管，因為那蟲正好吃蚊子，也有蚊香液，插上後蚊子暈在各個地方，一整晚都沒有被咬。
睡懶覺沒吃早飯，不過餐廳離房間很近。
衞生情況還行，就是建議傢俱挪開來也打掃一下。
床睡起來很舒服！幾乎沒有噪音，就衹有早上聽到一次很重的關門聲。
Wi-Fi有點難搞，剛到房間iOS都順利連上了，華為開機關機二十分鐘後才連上，第二天早上除了一台ipad睡覺的時候沒開飛行，其餘5台手機全部連不上網了，我的主機從十點多開始連，斷斷續續嘗試到退房，都連不上，工作人員沒有任何辦法。
前台離房間有點距離，建議在園林那標識一下前台位置。服務不太熱情。
建議住1層的房型。
園林那邊很漂亮。
外賣沒什麼店。
民宿專車服務:沒使用。
歡迎水果:太晚了服務員忘了吧。

今年出遊最具性價比的酒店沒有之一，房間佈置得很有格調，非常大，床品柔軟舒適，晚上睡得特別香。推開窗，外面就是精緻的園林景觀，滿眼的綠色，感覺身心都被治癒了。房間裏的設施也很齊全，智能馬桶、細節方面做得很到位。
從前台辦理入住開始，就能感受到工作人員的熱情和專業。入住期間有什麼需求，打電話給前台，都能很快得到解決。退房的時候，我把手機拉在房間了，前台還打我電話給我寄回杭州真的太暖心了。就是晚上晚點到的話吃東西需要開車15分鐘前往市中心，附近沒有小賣部。

酒店比較偏，晚上開車進去一片漆黑，沒有一點路燈，要打電話給前台才給你開大門，園區裏面還是比較大的，環境也是很不錯的，至於酒店的工作人員的服務可以説沒有服務可言，每個人的臉都跟欠了他們錢一樣，我不明白這個老闆，已經開了這麼大的一個園區酒店了，怎麼就不注重服務這一塊呢？能選擇你們酒店的客户肯定也是注重環境跟服務的客户，如果你們的服務一直這樣下去，結果肯定是差強人意的，早餐也是，乾巴巴的炒粉絲，雞蛋，榨菜，春捲，就是沒有粥，讓人怎麼吃？房間住了一家三口，兩瓶礦泉水喝完了，跟前台多要一瓶都沒有，説衹有兩瓶，住了這麼多酒店，第一次碰到礦泉水喝完了就沒有了。
