1.過來旅遊，住了幾天。叔叔阿姨接待很熱情，叔叔還會幫忙拿行李箱。蠻謝謝的。2.位置在福鼎環島中心，樓下就是吃飯的地方。晚上也有吃宵夜的。周邊出門公交出行旅遊很方便。買東西很方便。3.雙床房間很大，樓下就是餐館，需要安靜的客人可以跟老闆叔叔阿姨説下，要靠裏側的房間。房間床單很新很整潔很乾凈，衞生打掃蠻乾淨的。讓人放心4.公寓也沒有亂七八糟敲門推銷的，居住很安全舒適，適合商務和家庭遊玩首選。
