I found a hotel temporarily, with a blind box mentality, but unexpectedly the hotel was very good, and the front desk service was enthusiastic. The hotel room was clean and tidy, the linen bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk lady was super good at serving and very patient and thoughtful. The room facing the street is slightly noisy, but the window of the room is equipped with soundproof glass. If it is not too shallow, the basic impact of sleep is not big. The front desk will patiently inform this in advance. The hotel has a washing machine dryer, parking space, breakfast, but breakfast space is limited, and there is no place for breakfast during peak hours on holidays.

The breakfast was delicious and rich, the room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very thoughtful. Taste free ice cream and coffee are very good 👌 The hotel also has free supper (I don't have the habit of eating late night snacks) and free afternoon tea (because I didn't taste it at 5 o'clock when I checked in). The front desk also sent flower tea (also sent flower tea when I arrived at the store) and snacks. Stayed in so many hotels, the service at this price is really great. Come to Xianju next time! ! ! Cost-effective like 👍

This time, the team came to Ningde to play and stayed at the New Century Hotel 🏨. Located opposite Ningde Bus Station, the traffic is Fada, the surrounding early variety is varied, and the catering, supermarket (Yonghui) shops should be complete, very convenient. I would like to praise the hygiene separately. The sanitation of the room and public areas is quite clean. The proprietress looks at the clothes and talks about people. I took my children to play on the beach. The clothes were wet. I borrowed a washing machine on the 5th floor. All linen sheets, quilt covers, pillow towels and bath towels were cleaned. The drying was well organized and the laundry room was cleaned. (A large capacity washing machine is used exclusively for washing linen, and a household capacity washing machine can be used by guests).
Living in homestays, especially non-chain single homestays, the most worrying thing is that the health problem is not up to standard (purely based on the self-requirement of the manager for health, some homestays that employ others to operate are particularly obvious).
1) The homestay is very new, and the facilities and equipment are very easy to use.
2) Design took care of the design, the ceiling of the room extends to the main lamp of the wall, the huge round bathtub by the floor-to-ceiling skylight, the large wooden long table with super convenient luggage, it can be seen that the manager has spent a lot of thought on the design.
3) The small courtyard at the door is convenient for parking.
4) Go out and turn right 50 meters, a large beach can catch the sea.
5) The meal is superb. During the day of staying at the homestay, the two dinners are all farm meals made by the aunt next door. You need to report the number of people and whether there is a taboo. The aunt will arrange it by herself. The taste is very good and the price is fair (small seafood per capita does not exceed 50)
6) The store service is super good, the aunt is very caring, the children take a lot of small snacks, and when they leave, they pack the delicious plums.
Parts that can be improved
1) The electric water heater boils water slowly, because I don't understand the situation, the water heater is all used for the bathtub, it takes about 40 minutes to burn the bath, and the water volume is relatively small (the water volume here is small, which refers to the comparison of Atour standards according to the whole season, and the home will not feel small). For the convenience of water use, large-capacity commercial air energy water heaters can be considered.
The recommended standards here are slightly harsh.
2) Some small experiences on the operation side (actually the industry practice), such as editing a WeChat reminder after check-in (to avoid some basic messages need to be constantly asked), and the surrounding play messages (radial sharing) can also be edited out and sent directly to the guests. The basic tourism services in Xiapu area are not perfect, and the store can provide some necessary play tips.
Looking forward to the next good weather, I can visit four islands. 😁😁😁

The hotel is newly renovated and I booked two rooms with slightly different decorations, 12 large rooms and an integrated basin. 13 long, slightly narrow toilet, counter basin. Overall it's clean, comfortable and very cost-effective. Accommodation on the 6th floor and breakfast on the 7th floor. Good environment!

You need to add their wechat, and ask for the main door password, then you take the elevator up and open the door with the password on the electric key lock. The place is new and modern, it had a washing machine and a fridge too. Please note that towels not provided, only a one time use thin towel in a plastic bag. The price is really good, so definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserIt's not far from the expressway. It's very convenient. The overall style of the homestay is unified, antique, and the room is very large. It's very late to check in. The beautiful lady at the front desk has upgraded the suite. In the evening, each person also presented a glass of milk with a layer of milk skin that can only be drunk as a child 🥛
I have to say that the disadvantage is that the shower is in the bathtub, which is a waste of such a good jacuzzi

As I said, I changed to a forced-free, parent-child room with two pillows. I asked for a pillow to stay up all night. The platform We can extend the stay until 15:00, and leave after breakfast. There are two free breakfasts, porridge, pickled mustard, and fried dough sticks. I ordered a breakfast for 15 yuan and was told that the amount was increased. Thank you, the boss lady.

EEnglish 4alloverService was great , alittle confusion at the start as I am a foreigner and the first time for them to deal with a foreign guest. But we got over the barriers of language . Service was excellent, room amazing and breakfast was acceptable. Maybe some free coffee in the room . As many don’t drink tea. But very nice and relaxing stay, of only for one night.
