It's so comfortable to stay in the villa homestay! It is the most upscale community in Ningde, and the hotel is very clean! The service is also super caring. I booked a room with a city view. The morning air is very fresh. It is only 3 minutes' walk from Wanda. The surrounding food is gathered. It is very convenient for food, clothing, housing, transportation, shopping and entertainment.

兩百多塊住別墅，性價比天花板了，老闆娘特別熱情，環境設施都很好，有個小院子，帶小孩放煙花很開心。周圍吃飯很方便，外賣可以送到門口

各方面都蠻好，位置也不錯，缺點是停車不太方便，需要老闆每天給物業打電話，幫我們安排到地庫，地面很擠，也不是很好開。老闆很熱情，借給我們冰箱用，讓小狗不至於吃不到肉了，好評哦。

房間整潔，面積大，設施新檔次高。衞生方面乾淨床單新，潔衞具本色無味，環境方面很值得推薦，靠近萬達廣場吃飯方便購物也方便。服務周到，態度好。值得推薦！

臨時改變行程，馬上轉去寧德住一晚，搜了下這民宿別墅貌似不錯，去到發現果然不錯。公共陽台有的晾曬衣服，第二天早上就幹了。房間都很乾凈衞生，房中的洗手盆非常方便。停車是小區邊的免費位置，等下還是有些位置停的。樓盤的士多店東西還算便宜，附近有萬達，永輝沃爾瑪之類，對面有麪條早餐之類吃的

房間較大，停車太難，沒有固定車位，靠找街邊飯店門口的車位，對自駕遊不利。洗澡時突然沒熱水，老闆説忘了買卡停氣了，真是無語！
