It was my first time staying here. The price was not expensive. I was also upgraded to an executive room with a massage chair, which allowed me to enjoy the massage. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of dishes and seafood. The bedding was new and white. The toothbrush was the best I've ever had in a hotel. We stayed here for one night on the way back from Xiamen to Suzhou. At 11:30 pm, I was taking a shower when the hot water ran out. I called the front desk and they said they would check it right away, but they didn't say how to deal with it. After that, there was no response.
