房間很大，有兩台空調，很涼快，地理位置還可以，不遠處是法院和南漈山。衞生間玻璃無遮擋，一個人入住還算可以接受。晚上比較安靜，隔音不能説多好，隔壁房間走路、看視頻、開關燈這些都能聽到，住了好幾晚，第4天半夜兩點多，房間裏櫃子有男人很重的呼吸打鼾的聲音，那個櫃子如圖一所示是被釘子釘住不能打開的，但呼吸聲就在裏面，很恐怖，不知道里麪究竟連通着哪裡，要是説櫃子裏就是隔壁房間的床，那這個隔音也太差了，反正那晚一晚上不敢睡，因為我特地查看了整個房間，呼吸聲就是在櫃子裏。另外衞生間熱水不太熱，估計就是三十幾度的水，洗澡感覺很涼。

寫字樓重裝改造的民宿，商務範兒。房間超級大，住的很寬敞。一個多寶閣陳列了不少茶具，最顯眼的是一張一米八長的茶案👍好放行李。房東很熱情，也比較甩手掌櫃😁衞生做的不很徹底，我們入住後統擦了一遍👌比較有意思的是房間裏的落地空調，應該有二十多歲了，模式衹有兩種-製冷制熱，風速衹有兩檔-快慢，但效果很好💪💪💪就是出風口葉片有黴斑，被有潔癖的我們用酒精濕巾擦了個乾乾淨淨。

公寓式客房，位置好，房間大，設施有！不錯！有兩點提醒，空調聲較大，對聲音敏感的要注意，廁所排氣要一直開着不然有較大異味。
