環境很好，服務還行。可能不是旅遊旺季，前台服務人員都很鬆弛，小夥子連報警器響了都是一笑置之，應該是不危急，但也沒解釋。酒店周邊風光無限好，建築本身也挺好，希望能好好發展和維護設施。餐飲挺好，味道不錯。

非常好的體驗，來酒店的時候是晚上，一路上以為在荒地裏.到了之後發現還不錯，前台小姐姐很熱情. 也幫助介紹周邊可以遊玩的地方。酒店有燒烤區。我們自己燒烤也很棒。 泡浴的水有粉色礦物質，是淡粉色.

環境：超級棒，下次如果再來還會選擇這裏！由於下雨了不能出去玩，就在院子裏溜達溜達，這個院子的環境真是很不錯，有湖、有樹、有小船
設施：完全夠用
服務：服務人員非常好，而且還贈送了鍼灸/拔罐
飲食：飯菜評價，味道不錯，而且還有免費的自助早餐，種類也很齊全，冷菜，熱菜，水果，麪條，包子饅頭……（這是我最喜歡的，因為這裡外面吃飯很費勁）

本名燕山客棧，端午這麼冷門的假期價位不低，因為離景點近麼？也沒近到出門走走就到的程度，還是得有10公里左右的車程。
帶浴缸的房間比不帶浴缸的貴了100多，但是放出來的水和宣傳冊裏的差別也太大了吧？而且是放了半個多小時才出熱水……
名不符實的温泉度假中心。
踩雷了。

環境不錯，遠離喧囂。
每個房間都有陽台，對面就是大山，清晨醒來身心愉悦。房間配置標間或大床，滿足基本需求。
吃完晚飯可以在周圍走走，22度的夏天，非常舒適。
晚上有唱K的大哥，聲音很豪放，建議增加隔音效果。

外觀和室內還可以，早餐由於人少沒有自助餐，前台服務極差，沒人值班，退房還要打電話找人，可是電話卻放在前台，根本找不到人，早上起來沒有冷水，無法沖馬桶，熱水一側放很久也沒有熱水，無法洗澡

親子房一大一小兩張床，適合家庭出遊
但存在幾個問題：
1，攜程上的房間圖片帶陽台，但是當天去給的房間不帶陽台，在我的要求下給更換了房間，整棟樓90%的房間都有陽台（據我觀察），在攜程的訂單還挑不好的房間給，以前基本沒遇到過；
2，不提供浴帽，花錢買也沒有！一次性牙刷梳子一次性拖鞋都有，沒有浴帽真的很不方便，但無論酒店的圖片還是介紹都沒有提示沒有一次性用品，所以會讓人認為全部提供但恰恰是很重要的浴帽沒有，感覺是對女性不友好
3，親子房一大一小兩張床三個牙刷，但衹給兩瓶水，如果再要一瓶的話需要付費1.5元，可以收錢，但我實在不能理解600多塊錢的三人間第三瓶水要收錢的這個邏輯
就是吧，整個酒店沒問題，但服務上各種奇奇怪怪的bug讓人很不舒服
