Sheraton Hotels in Ningbo

Pros: The beach is very convenient downstairs from the hotel. The hygiene is good. The view is great. The pet park is a pleasant surprise. Cons: Apart from the service I contacted, there was no greeting or service. I checked in on Monday and was told there was no bed fence. I didn't get in touch with them until I checked out. The breakfast was terrible. They told me on weekdays that breakfast would end at 10 o'clock. I went there at 9:54 in the morning and they told me there were still six minutes to collect the food. The front desk staff only said that they would collect the food at 10:30 on weekends. Haha, it was so funny. I talked to the waiter but he ignored me. I probably won't go there again.

Perfect service, perfect experience, upgraded room type and breakfast service. The hotel is in a good location, with first-class service and complete facilities. It feels like home. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lucien, the guest service manager of Sheraton Donggang Hotel, for his warm reception and thoughtful service. He is humble, polite, and elegant, reflecting good professionalism. I will come again next time, and he is trustworthy.

Brisa at the front desk checked me in quickly and recommended Tianming Lake Park and Pan Tianshou Art Center behind the hotel. During the check-in process, she was enthusiastic and helped me arrange a satisfactory room! Check-out was also smooth. Yumiko was smiling and efficient, which made me feel stress-free when I was rushing to schedule. The front desk team was skilled, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
