The staff was very friendly and the room was always cleaned well. But for this level of hotel it is quite dated and a could do with some refurbishment. The spa treatment was nice but just seemed like a random room and was not quite the service of this star hotel, I would not recommend although the people was nice. Staff was very friendly!

This hotel is close to the main attractions, shopping areas and nice restaurants. All are walking distance from this hotel. The hotel got all the basic necessities, the staff are helpful and friendly. There's a convenient store next to the hotel which is really convenient and they got a robot to drop off when you order take out.

Great location and staff! Attentive to our needs and somehow we never feel like we’ll go hungry here. Special shout out goes to the lady who kindly helped us to place an order for food delivery (it was cold and pouring outside) - much appreciated! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodations in Ningbo ☺️

I love the location of this hotel, very near the Church Cathedral and walking distance to the shopping square. Staff are nice especially the ones in the breakfast station. Very helpful in translating the names of the food since some of the viands i am not familiar with. The room is clean and with complete items that we needed.

Stayed for two days, the overall feeling is general, I have often lived in Hanting before, although it is not this store, but still feel a little different. When I checked in on the first day, there was still gray on the stool. The result of the photo was accidentally cleaned up yesterday. But there was a photo of a finger wiped with gray on the stool. In fact, it was nothing. After that, I wiped it clean. The price of the next day was increased. In fact, there was a suggestion. Don’t stand four people at the front desk. The front desk was originally small and crowded. It doesn’t feel so good. You can stand two people at the door. The guests can say hello when they come in. If the guests have luggage and the like, they can also help pull the door. Generally speaking, it’s okay.

The hotel is in a great location, with good commercial facilities, new room facilities, good lighting, and smart toilets. It is clean and hygienic, and the hotel staff are very proactive and enthusiastic in helping to book a car to the airport. Highly recommended! I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is great. From check in to check out everything was excellent. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were prepared for us so that we could use them straight away. It was clean and there was a healthy welcome snack. The breakfast buffet was breathtaking. It's a shame that you get so full so quickly that you can't try everything. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a room with a river view and the lights in the evening were beautiful. Definitely recommendable. Thank you!

Great experience! The environment is quite clean. I think the price/performance ratio is very good. The lobby on the first floor is also very comfortable and the service is very good.
